Stuck With Two (Under MAJOR editting)

Chapter 18- Spending the Night.

'Come on hop on my back.' Luke said and bent down.

'No. I will manage Luke.' I tell him.

'Please.' He pleaded.

'I am really heavy.' I confessed. It was true.

'Doesn't look like it.' He said laughing.

I climbed on his back and wrapped my legs around him. He started walking. He was hardly making any effort.

'You aren't really heavy.' He said. HAH! He's too kind to say I am heavy.

'Haha' I laughed.

'Do you like Shane?' he asked. That is a very interesting question.

'I haven't really thought about it.' I replied grinning nervously.

'He's a good guy.' Luke said. WHOA! Finally someone can see what a pure hearted person Shane is!

'I know right!' I exclaimed agreeing with him.

'All the girls die for him I suppose?' He asked. Obviously.

'Yeah.' I answered.

'I think some girl did this to you. Some girl who likes Shane.' He said. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

'haha no!' I laughed.

'Erika I want the truth.' He said sounding all serious. Even Luke's serious side is cute.

'Yeah. Emma did this to me.' I said in a mere whisper.

'EMMA?! EMMA LEE?' Luke exclaimed in surprise.

'Yeah.' I replied.

'That little-does she like Shane?' He asked.

'Yes.' I replied.

He sighed.

We reached his house. He unlocked the door. I was still on his back. He must be tired after carrying a pig like me.

He entered the house and placed me on his bed. He rummaged through the closet and handed me a pair of oversized t-shirt and shorts.

I looked at him confused.

'Wear these.' He said pointing at the clothes. Why?

'The clothes you are wearing must be uncomfortable and moreover they are covered in sweat.' He said. AH! SWEAT!! This is so embarrassing.

'You don't need to be embarrassed. Everyone sweats.' He said laughing.

'Can I take a shower?' I asked without looking at him.

'Yeah sure.' He replied and walked out of the room. I went inside the bathroom and opened my clothes. My body has turned all red. Emma is heartless and I am just dumb. The cold water freshened my body. I wore the clothes Luke gave me. I am wearing his clothes.......That's kinda cute. I mean usually people share their clothes when they are in a relationship. ARGH! WHAT THE FUCK AM I THINKING!!

The clothes are a little too big. The shorts keep slipping down my waist.

I adjusted the shorts again before leaving the bathroom.

Luke was laying on the bed with his hands on his head.

'I made some cup noodles for you.' He said getting up.

'You didn't have to I wasn't hungry.' I lied. I was starving!

'Are you kidding? You must be so hungry.' He said and bought the cup noodles for me. I took a bite and looked at him. He wasn't eating.

'Where is yours?' I enquired.

'I uh-I am not hungry.' He said grinning. His grinning clearly states he is lying.

I shoved some noodles in his mouth. He looked at me with widened eyes and mouth full. He is so cute! I burst into a laughter.

'What's so funny?' He asked gulping the noodles.

'You.' I said laughing even more.

'What?' He asked. His cheeks were bright red.

'UGH you are so cute!' I said pinching his cheeks.

He bent towards me and stared right into my eyes. I am not ready for this!

'HAH! So what about another bite?' I asked taking the noodles on the fork.

He ate another bite.

'I um- grandma didn't send any money this time that's why um....' He said looking down at the floor.

I gave him a smile and patted his shoulder.

We both finished the noodles.

I got a call it was Shane.

'Hello Shane?'

'Yeah. Are you gonna come home or what?' he asked outraged. He is always so annoyed.

I look at Luke. I don't know but something makes me want to stay with him.

'No I won't come home today.' I told him.

'What the fuck are you two doing there?' He shouted.

'Nothing. I just finished some cup noodles.' I said.

'I am coming to pick you up!!!!!' He shouted and hung up. 

'What did he say?' Luke asked.

'He's coming to pick me up.' I said.

He smiled forcibly.

'Temme something about you!' I demanded and sat cross legged.

He chuckled.

'What?!' I asked.

'You are really....cute.' He said and smiled at me.

I laughed.

'What do you want to know about me?' He asked.

'Do you have any female friends?' I asked. What the fuck am I even asking!!!

He laughed.

'Of course I have female friends silly.' He said. Still laughing. I love it when I make him laugh.

'Don't call me silly.' I said.

'You are silly, Silly.' He said laughing even more.

I hit him playfully.

'Hey, hey stop now!!' He said and tried to stop me.

I didn't stop. He held my hands and stopped me.

His hands are warm.

'You should sleep now.' He said clearing his throat.

'But Shane's coming to pick me up.' I said.

'I will send him back.' He said and got up from the bed.

I held his hand. He looked at me surprised.

'Stay.' The word escaped from my mouth. What the-

He sighed and sat back down. His hands were on mine. I closed my eyes.

Sleeping with his hands in mine... It felt right.
