Whiskey

That night i couldn't sleep i lay alone in bed cold and scared of every small noise i hear , before i knew it the suns starts to rise and i hadn't slept at all that night , i look at the clock and its 5 am i get up wide awake and get dressed into old cloths i go downstairs and start to clean i swept , mopped , and polished everything i could find

 I start to clean the kitchen floor when Tommy and Finn came into the kitchen "Jayne" Tommy says in a concerned tone "yes" i say as i continue to scrub the floor "what are you doing" Finn asks "i couldn't sleep so i decided to clean to take my mind off of it" i say quickly "you should try sleep" Finn says concerned "no i'm so wired i had 5 cups of coffee there is no stopping im on a roll" i explain talking quite fast "Tommy" i say as i get up off my knees "yes Jayne" i need a job what do you need done i'll work for free well i guess thats volunteering i will volunteer for you-" i say before Tommy cuts me off

 "Jayne" he says  "Tommy" i say tilting my head and smiling "i was going to ask you to work in the betting shop" Tommy explains "ok i'll go get changed now" i say as i leave to go upstairs i get changed and as i brush my hair Finn comes in "hey" he says smiling "hello" i say smiling "are you alright" he asks "ye im great why" i ask him as i walk over to him "you haven't slept" he states "i know but i feel good im fine i swear" i say before i kiss him he puts his hands resting on my waist i wrap my arms over his shoulders "see im great" i say smiling "now come on i cant be late for my first day" i say before holding his hand and going down stairs

Tommy showed me how to do everything , most of the day i just sat a desk and wrote numbers in books all day after work we all went to the Garrison for drinks i got along with everyone in the shop Polly was especially nice , i didn't quite understand why she looked at me like she knew me forever

"Bottle of Whiskey" i ask harry the bartender before i could give him the money he explains that the Shelbys don't exactly pay for their drinks i thanked him and went back to our table i pour myself a glass and leave the bottle on the table I don't know why i order Whiskey i had never drank before i suppose its because i saw everyone else drinking it

Within a few drinks i started to feel something , i started to laugh out of nowhere i haven't a clue what came over me Finn was sitting across from me "whats so funny" he asks smiling and confused "i don't know" i say through a laugh the music was loud without thinking i stood up and started to dance i pull Finn up to dance with i couldn't stop laughing he started to laugh with me as we danced i grabbed the bottle of Whiskey and continued to drink as we danced

After awhile we sat down Finn sat beside me i held his hand i started to get really warm all of a sudden "it's getting hot in here" i say to Finn before i start to unbutton my shirt "woah Jayne you can't-" Finn says before Tommy interrupts him "Get her home Finn" Tommy says before Finn takes my hand "i need the keys Tommy" Finn shouts to Tommy Finn walks over to him to get them Isaiah comes over and starts to talk to "come with me" he says i followed him i thought he was Finn i was to drunk to tell the difference he leads me to an alley and starts to kiss me i kissed him back he starts to kiss my neck and begins to lift my skirt up

 He was suddenly pulled away from me Finn starts to punch Isaiah and pins him to the ground "if you ever touch her again i will fucking take up eyes and your fucking hands understand" Finn shouts at him "Finn" i say before my knees give way Finn catches and lifts me to the car "its ok Jayne we're going home now" he says his voice was gentle calming

We get back to the house as he carries me up to my room he lays me on my bed and takes my shoes off "get some sleep" Finn says as he sits beside me and pulls the covers over me "Finn" i say as my eyes close "yes Jayne" he says "stay with me tonight" i ask him "Please" i continue "okay" Finn says before takes his shoes off and gets in beside me i turn around to face my i rest my hand and head on his chest i nuzzle my head into his neck he rest his hand on my waist and the other gently runs up and down my back i fell asleep peacefully with him next to me
