" Oh shit. " The three said looking at the folder in a mixture of horror and anger. Giyu was horrified Kanae had gone through the file probably getting to see his worst side and angry at his stupidity for not getting the hint to hide the files when Nezuko had questioned about they're presence. Muichiro was horrified cause he knew he was the one to to find the evidence and angry that Sanemi had been stupid enough to leave them with Giyu. Mitsuri wasn't so sure why she felt a slight anger but she knew her horror was directed to the amount of sorrow her friend was about to experience.

" What do you mean oh no? " Kanae asked turning her sights from Giyu to the two other speakers that had voiced themselves. Everyone else around them looked around in confusion and fear from kanae's demonic K.I she let of in her angered state even Shinobu had never seen this side of her.
" Well is no one gonna talk or shou...  "

" Kanae what the heck why are you acting all wierd?! " Shinobu suddenly stood up trying to approach her sister. Keyword ' tried ' cause as she got closer she got a nasty glare from the oldest Kocho and a five worded instruction.

" Sit down and shut up. Kanao, Tanjiro, Nezuko, upstairs now. Grown ups need to talk. " Her words where venom and freightened Shinobu so much she obeyed like a hound.

" B...b...but Kanae-sensei Muichiro is.....  "

" I said NOW!!!! " Kanae yelled cutting Tanjiro's sentence short. The kids immediately scrambled and ran upstairs leaving the four adults and Muichiro. Giyu at this point was scared shitless and was internally sweating bullets as he thought of a way out of this. It's true they planned to tell Kanae about they're love life but that was before the break up and even then it would've been spoken when Shinobu was in college or after college. " Alright now speak and Tomioka you better speak wisely or I'll have your head on a spike. "

" Kanae-san please stop, Tomioka-san isn't at fault here. Kanroji and I are. " Muichiro spoke looking down at the table almost as if he was sad and ashamed but in truth he was cursing about how the two owed him big time.

" Excuse me? " Kanae asked her eyes narrowing dangerously on the boy who was also staring at Mitsuri sending a silent message. Mitsuri looked into his eyes with a small nodand shrudder at the upcoming conversation, she decided to play along to Muichiro's little game also having caught the mischievous glint in his tinted turquoise eyes.

" Yeah Tomioka-san hasn't done anything, we're to blame since we did this without his consent. " Kanae though a bit confused at they're words was getting angry at their play on tag speech.

" Mitsuri and I created a messaging app so we could communicate privately without people getting into our privacy and to test it we sent it to two random people and used Senpai and Sensei's name so we can keep tabs on them. " Muichiro decided to explain though he looked over to Mitsuri to help explain the last bit about the texts and probably save Giyu a bit of the pain before he goes to jail.

" Yeah unfortunately the two we gave were a couple and when Sanemi found out he copied the messages and took them to Sensei so he could personally apologize for our stupidity. " She finished off with a nervous chuckle while she rubbed the back of her head, Giyu was astonished by their ability to come up with a lie so fast. Then again the thought of them working with the police weighed in his amazement whereas Shinobu looked around confused at the scene infront of her. Kanae visibly calmed down her mood doing a complete spin before a smile painted across her lips and a look of utter embarrassment flashed in her eyes.

" Oh my I feel so stupid. Please forgive me Giyu I was ju... "

" No it's alright I would have done the same if I was in your shoes. " Giyu said nodding to her in approval at the display. " Though the kids are the real problem. "

" Oh my gosh I'll go apologize now. " Kanae said then continued to dash upstairs to the kids leaving the other to let out a sigh of relief except Shinobu who was still confused.

" I'm still confused someone please explain what's go.... "

" It's nothing to worry about. " Giyu said standing up to put away the files but stopped when he was at the doorway because Mitsuri spoke.

" Giyu is going to jail. " She said plane and simple.

" What!? Why? " Shinobu stood from her seat at the news.

" It's because of your relationship with him. He not only slept with a student but a minor which is a big deal for a school as prestigious as kimitsu. " Muichiro answered back his voice calm and void of emotions.

" Yeah so when we make the arrest Giyu is going down with him. " Mitsuri said looking at her friend with kind eyes Shinobu's own reflecting her storm of emotions.

" Wait? What are you talking about? Mitsuri a.... "

" Kocho it doesn't matter I knew this would happen and I've excepted it. " Giyu spoke looking her in the eyes the young girl was about to protest " Kocho leave it be it's out of both our control and besides I'm no more than a toy right. " He spoke with a stone cold look and his words completely shut her down before he turned and left the room leaving the girl frozen and at the verge of tears. She decided to say something that completely killed the both of them before Giyu had vanished she gathered up her strength hardened her heart and spoke in a clear voice.

" He raped me Giyu. " The man froze at his spot before his figure disappeared into the next room taking a step back he looked at he looked at her conflicted hoping he'd heard wrong. Seeing the look on his face she looked to her shaking hands. " I promised myself I wouldn't allow any other man to do the things that you did to me, I knew in all my heart your the only man I'd ever love. Though that night he violated me. He did what only you were allowed to do to me and I hated every agonizing second of it. Giyu I didn't even tell Kanae cause I was afraid. I..... " Shinobu wanted to continue speaking but felt a very familiar pair of arms wrapped around her body in a possessive and protective hug letting her cry in his chest. His face may have been blank but inside he was very angry someone had touched his Kocho and not only that he actually defiled her in the most painful way in a woman's eyes.

" I'm gonna kill him. " Giyu said with gritted teeth his hold on Shinobu was tightened as he thought. At that moment Kanae came into the room with the kids following behind her everyone stopped at the sight and actually found it wierd. Nezuko took a quick picture and smiled as she thought her ship had sailed.

" This is why I thought he was actually involved with my sister. " Kanae sweatdropped at her statement. Giyu pulled back at the sound of her voice and let his hair shadow him so no one cohld see his anger. One look at the girls tear stained eyes sent him on overdrive which was a surprise for him given his calmed nature.

" I'm definitely going to murder that son of a bitch. "
