Hi, you probably reading this during our 5th anniversary. I wrote this during our 4th anniversary, while you are sleeping beside me pagod ata ang mahal ko HAHA.

I really wanted to say thank you because tho hindi tayo ganito mag celebrate for past three years, sobrang naenjoy ko 'yung pagkain natin sa labas ng ospital, 'yung mga kwento at pagkanta mo sa akin.

Ngayon 5th year anniversary natin, okay na ba lahat? are we enjoying everything outside this hospital?... are we still keeping our promises to each other?... or not anymore?

there are many things that may happen during the whole year, but i wanted to say to you that either it is good or bad... mahal na mahal kita. salamat sa pagpili sa akin sa araw-araw at pagmamahal sa akin lagi't-lagi.

i'm sorry if hindi ko mapakita sayo kung gaano kita kamahal. but i am always willing to do everything, for your happiness jay. whatever i am doing, or i will going to do in the future, it is because i love you, and i just wanted the best for you.

i love you jay. that even though in our next life, i will always be thankful if fate will cross our paths again. i met you at the most unexpected and the best action like movie of my life... and it was one of the most wonderful moment of my life.

mamahalin kita jay, kahit hindi na ako ang piliin mo sa araw-araw at mapagod ka man na mahalin ako lagi't-lagi.
