"𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘸𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘭𝘴,"
King glared around, Eda frowning back at him.

"What gives?!"

"Titan Blood is the most powerful source of magic on the Isles," Eda explained. "I'm not surprised Belos wants it too."

"Well, we can't afford to mess this up," Amity marched forwards, rolling up the map.

"Luz is counting on me."

Eda and King frowned, Georgia smirking, stifling a chuckle as Amity corrected herself.

"I mean, 'us'."

"Alright," Hunter smirked. "New plan. They can lead us to– HEY! HEY!"

The cardinal ignored him, pulling on the boy's single tuft of hair, the helmet falling over his head once more as he crashed in front of the group, crying out.

Amity gasped, keeping the map before drawing a circle, a purple flame growing while Eda held out her staff. Georgia instantly did the same, drawing a circle as ice shards appeared, the girl prepared to throw them.

Hunter panicked, instantly getting up while he held his hands up.

"Uh, yes! I am but a humble scout, I surrender."

Georgia instantly recognised his voice, eyes widening as the shards disappeared, Hunter maintaining eye contact with her the entire time.

"Well, that was easy!" King smiled.

"Not so fast, King." Eda frowned. "Don't you recognise that annoying voice?"

"It's... not that annoying, really..." Georgia muttered, pink, while Eda stared at her suspiciously.

"Why does everyone say that?"

Hunter looked down sadly before the three glared at him in suspicion, the boy taking off.

"Don't let him get away!"

Amity then drew a circle, a vial of abomination goo appearing as it encircled the boy, Hunter tripping up while he fell, crying out, mask falling off.

"This is none other than Belos' right-hand man." Eda frowned.

Amity gasped, looking down at the boy.

"The Golden Guard?" She then frowned. "He is a lot scrawnier than I imagined."

King burst into laughter, Eda smiling down in amusement while the Guard glared up at them, Georgia picking him up, the boy staring at her softly.

"Look, whatever he is, we got him under control now." Georgia placed a hand on his back.

"Amity, you look at the map while Eda and King stay on guard, I'll handle the Golden Guard since I know how to handle him."

Hunter subtly kicked her, Georgia not reacting as she shoved her elbow in his side, the boy wincing. Amity nodded, Eda humming before she squinted at the girl, the group soon agreeing.

"Fine," Eda shrugged. "Seems fair to me, let's keep moving!"

The group continued their journey, Eda, King, and Amity up ahead while Georgia held Hunter's upper arm, the girl glancing at him.

"Couldn't bear to spend a day without me?" She teased, smirking slightly.

Hunter scoffed, blowing his tuft out of his face.

"As much as I adore you, no. I'm here for the Titan Blood, and it's a serious mission this time."

"That's what you always say." Georgia rolled her eyes while the boy huffed, turning pink bashfully.
