It's been two months since that guy threatened me. Since then I've not heard from him nor have I dealt with any more kids that were varmints.

I did hire a nurse practitioner so if something happens and I can't come in then my patients can be seen by her. I also hired another nurse so if Elise cant is around then there's still a nurse there.

Things between Alex and I have gone from harmless flirting to us dating.

I've learned some of the things he thinks I should know and he's learned things about me I thought he should know.

I decided to take some time off since I'd yet to have one from day one of opening the office which was two in a half years ago.

I was sitting in my book corner with my nose in a book when my phone went off.

I looked and seen it was Alex so I answered

"Well hello the sexy eyes" I greeted

"Not who you think. But I need you to hurry and come to Teller Morrow garage and there will be someone outside to direct you inside." the person said

"Alright, I'm coming" I replied then hung up.

I slipped on my shoes grabbed my medical bag and took off to my car. I quickly locked my door and raced to the garage.

I was quick to turn my car and before I shot out of it and took off running pressing my lock button as I went up the to person who I assumed was waiting.

"I was called to come here quickly."

They nodded their head and lead me into the building behind the Harleys.

I could hear someone in pain. And when the guy who I was following opened the door I wasn't prepared to see Alex laying on the table with his pants down.

"What happened baby?" I asked

"I was bitten in the ass, by some fat fucker" he says

"Awe. I'm sorry" I tell him as I make my way around to his ass and place my bag between his legs.

"If you need you you can cover my junk," he says

"Well Chibs and Opie, he will jerk and yell so I need you both to hold him down to keep him still while I handle his ass" I explained

They nodded their heads and got ready

He nodded his head telling me he heard

When some bald guy came in he had a bottle of JD.

"Can you pour him a glass, it will help with the pain" I say
