Sleeping Beauty?

Aurora's POV
Milo's cousin went into his room
"I think it is time for us to sleep" Milo told me and patted my head

"I'm not a kid Milo" I told him and I stand up

"yeah but you look like one Rora" he smirked, I rolled my eyes at him

"I.am.not" and I stomped my way to my room

Milo's POV
Seeing Rora being grumpy and stomping to her room made me smile
"night Rora"

She looked at me "Goodnight" she then closed the door not loudly though, she hates being called like a kid

I should tease her more like this it's quite funny to watch, Devan came out and walk down

"this is new boss" Devan said and smiled

I ignored Devan's remarks and we get down to business
"so what's with the suprise visit?" I asked and sat on the couch

Devan gave me a tablet and it showed the statistics on our sales
"is there something wrong with it?" I questioned him and he nodded

He swiped the screen and it is the statistic of our rival company
"Season Inc. has been rising much more than ours eversince that contract with that model Hannah"

"it looks like we need to upstage them with finding a new model" I replied and gave him the tablet

I just worked the whole night

Aurora's POV
I woke up and did my hygiene stuff and went out of the room, I saw Milo asleep on the couch

"did he not sleep in his room last night?" I thought, I went back to my room and got a blanket to cover him

I saw his cousin walk out of his room
"good morning" I greeted him

He smiled and greeted me also, he saw that Milo is asleep on the couch

"I guess he didn't went to his room last night" I told him and he nodded

"want breakfast?" he said and I followed him to the kitchen to help prepare it

"I didn't catch your name" I said

"it's Devan and you?"

"Aurora"

"sleeping beauty?" he said and I laughed a little
"mom liked sleeping beauty when she was a kid" I said with a grin

Devan showed me a lot of breakfast recipes that are great and that Milo liked, It was a long time but we finished

I turned around and saw Milo still sleeping at the couch
"can you wake him up Aurora?"

"sure" I went to wake Milo up gently but he wouldn't budge, I shake him but he still wouldn't wake up

"this is the problem I get every morning" Devan commented both of his hands on his waist

So I did my best and I removed the blanket off of him and said "Wake up Milo!!" in a loud voice

He did wake up but his eyes that I saw are the ones who are extremely tired
"you know what just sleep it's the weekend anyway" and I tucked him back to sleep on the couch

I just shrugged at Devan and we left him alone so we can eat, I studied at the coffee table beside him

It was a few hours and by 1 pm he woke up, his hair is very messy

"good afternoon" I greeted him

Milo's POV
I woke with a blanket covering me and I saw Aurora who is reading the chemistry book her face is super focused at reading it

The outline of her face and her side profile are pretty, she looked at me and smiled

"good afternoon" she greeted me with a perky voice

"I didn't continue waking you up this morning, did you have a good sleep?" she asked

"hm" I don't have the strength yet to talk in full sentence

"I just cooked lunch it's in the fridge, you can microwave it if you like and Devan is off to work today"

So her and Devan got close, they formed a quick friendship

"thanks"

She gave me a cute smile, I didn't expect for Aurora to be the type of girlfriend who will take care of me

I expected her to be the type to be cared for but I was wrong

Aurora's POV
It's 3 in the afternoon and I should get back home, I told Milo about it and he gave me a lift

We stopped by the curb so my parents won't see me get off the car
"thanks Milo I appreciate it"

"no problem see you at school" he said and then he left, I don't know what happens after that but I do know is that Milly, Blaire, Andrea and Skye is at the other end of the street

Blaire dropped her chemistry book in shock, all of their mouths are wide open

They walked up to me dragged me to my house and into my room, Milly locked the door

"so you were really not joking" Andrea put her hand at my shoulder

"but let's be honest here Milo isn't that bad right?" Blaire said and all of them shake their heads

"I heard Milo is a creep, others said he takes pictures of girls when changing" Skye said

I shake my head in response, Milo isn't that kind of person

In fact he is very far from what she is describing him, if only they know what he really does they might as well be in shock

"you did went to him and asked him to tutor you, so how was it?" Milly asked and sat beside me at my bed

"well I did manage to learn a lot in a short time" I grinned

"show us" Skye remarked, she is the smartest in our group so she will know if I improve or not

Skye asked me a lot of questions and I managed to answer all of them

"so?, what did she get?" Andrea asked her

"amazing, she perfected all of it" Skye said with amazement in her voice

All of them looked at me
"that's impossible how can Aurora perfect Chemistry?" Milly said and I raised my brow at her
"what?, it's the truth!"
