Might See Us

Aurora's POV
The talk with Trixy broadened up my mind a little bit, she is right though. What if Archer suddenly noticed me, what am I gonna do with the both of them?

I hit my head lightly at the window of Blaire's car, she looked a time from the mirror "Careful Rora, you might make a crack if you continue to hit your head at my car window"

"Geez, you care about the car more than your poor best friend" I jokingly told her with a pretend dramatic place

"I just got this back from the repair shop, I don't wanna break another car part"

We finally managed to reach the area where they play paintball and we all had a blast, the way when the paint hits you hurts though. We ate after we played paintball and we have to make a long line with tables so my friends and the whole gang can sit together

Skye this time drove us home in Blaire's car since Blaire is dead asleep in the back row with drool falling down from the side of her mouth and the light snore she makes, I said goodbye to everyone before hopping out and seeing them drive off with 2 vans following them that contain the gang that was split in half for convenience

I giggled a bit to myself before turning my entire body to face the house, when I walked closer someone was sitting at the swing that was under the tree. He was looking at his phone before his head raised up and I was met the 2 mesmerizing eyes color 

It was Milo waiting for me at the side of my home, I cleared my throat a little to pretend I wasn't surprised "What are you doing here?" I asked him with an innocent look pretending I didn't see his interaction with Gale this morning

"Waiting for you" Milo answered quickly without changing the look on his face that was gazing at me, my hand rubbed my other arm to do something at least that could take my mind off of this awkward situation for a little while

Milo grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to him, he squinted his eyes at my hair and played with the tip of the yellow ribbon that was tied to my hair "Where were you this morning dear Rora?" He asked lowly and kissed the tip of the ribbon before glancing up at me with his dark eyes

I couldn't escape or move away from him since the arm he wrapped around my waist was wrong and it wouldn't budge a bit "I-I was with my friends at the cafeteria"

He twirled a small portion of my hair around his finger, a deep chuckle escaped from him "Is that so?" He glanced at my house before pulling me among the trees and pinning me to a tree with both of my hands are held by Milo's one hand while the other arm is still wrapped around my waist "Be honest with me"

My heart raced, we were in a position that I didn't even know Milo has the face to do but then again he has a different persona when he handles his employees. I've always known his bright bubbly side but rarely get to see his dark possessive side, the last time I saw it was back at the summer festival

He acts so differently that I felt like a switch has been turned on at Milo, I bit my bottom lip trying to keep quiet at the scene that I saw. He was not too glad that I was not listening to him, Milo removed his arm around my waist and his hand went to my chin as he used his thumb to my lips to gently stop me from biting my lower lip

I looked away from him as I was still not cooperating, sighing at the fact that I'm going to be embarrassed to even tell him about it is enough for me to bury myself underground and don't want to be disturbed until the next 100 years after this. He tilted his head a little to the left "Aren't you gonna tell me?" the way he acted show innocence but the look on his eyes says otherwise

If I don't speak up now we might do something here that I might get caught by my family doing an unspeakable act, Milo is capable of doing this to me when it's dark out so who knows what he'll do next

I gulped silently before looking at him directly in the eyes "This morning..."

One of his brows raised and he leaned forward to me to hear better because my voice was quiet "This morning?..."

"I saw you with Gale that's all" I forced myself to create a fake smile hoping it would fool him but he didn't take it lightly because I could hear him utter the word "Sh*t"

The grip he was holding both of my hands got tighter and I groaned a bit from the pain, Milo notices it and immediately let me go but still blocked my way from walking away from him by him sitting on the grass and I was supposed to sit beside him but instead, I was straddling him

"My parents might see us" I whispered to him and he looked behind me where my house is, we were a bit far from my house and I doubt they will see us but I was making excuses. Milo leaned at the tree and looked at me that was on him, he gave out a pleased look

Since it was dark out he couldn't see how red my face is from the position we are making inside the forest but he didn't even care at all, his hand went to my back and pushed my back lightly making my entire body lean at his chest that I could hear his heartbeat
