BACK TO PRESENT
I ran before Jake could ask me anything. We ended things on a good note but it doesn't change the fact that he was my first love. I was successfully able to reach to the class before the teacher arrived. But when she came, she brought along a new student, yes guys, Jake.
The teacher asked him if he wanted to sit at a desk of his choice, and of course he chose to sit next to me. Giselle is going to kill me now. I can already feel her sending me those deadly glares. Nevertheless, I smiled at Jake, he did nothing wrong. Soon it was lunch time and it was me, Joshua and Jake at the table together. Well they asked me first, how can I deny two cute boys pleading with those puppy eyes.
I was smiling thinking that Jake grew up so well. Puberty did hit him like a truck. Joshua and Jake seemed to have a good bonding, I literally felt like third wheeling. I accidently touched Joshua's hand while taking my bottle. It felt like time had stopped, it was just us staring into each others eyes. We were brought back to reality by the ringing of the bell indicating the break was over.
