The weekends came pretty quickly. I and Joshua decided to meet on 11:00 at Sunday. Joshua wanted to meet a bit earlier, but being the lazy person I am, I refused. Nobody wakes up early on weekends. The only thing on my mind right now is what to wear. I am not the type to 'dress to impress'. But I definitely wanted to impress Joshua.
I wanted him to realise I could actually look cute if I don't wear the boring school uniform. Conclusion, I wore a t-shirt and shorts, pretty basic but cute. I left to pick Joshua. His house was in the way to the place we were going, so I offered to pick him up. What I didn't know was that I was going to get a big shock or a surprise maybe.
Joshua was wearing glasses.
"I don't wear them often." But you should.
"My eyes got a bit blurry, so I had to."
His eyes got blurry, but mine never felt so focused.
We started to walk there having a minimal conversation. Soon, it started raining. This is the perfect weather.
