I saw Jake crying. This wasn't something I was expecting. Being the caring person I am, I approached him. He looked horrible, seems like he cried an ocean. I asked him what is wrong, and all he did was again start crying like a baby. I pulled him to a corner so he wouldn't embarrass himself anymore.
"Giselle told me why you left the school, that she spread rumors about you seducing me and stealing me away from her. She also told me stay away from you or else she'll harm you. I never wanted to cause you so much trouble."
My heart broke at this sight. He was crying because he thought Giselle would harm me. I gave him a tight hug which he gladly returned back. We both knew it was just a friendly hug. It meant nothing more. But what I didn't know was that someone was seeing us, in each others arms.
We went to the class, but the teacher had already arrived. She let us of the hook this one time. After the classes were over, I asked Joshua to have lunch with me. He went away without replying me, but I am pretty sure he heard me. I saw Giselle smirking and I knew she had said some nonsense to Joshua. Why can't I live peacefully?
