Nai's POV:

So my parents came but they only stayed for a little which I think is weird. When I told them that I was pregnant obviously they weren't proud but they said they would support me and they really haven't done much. And yea it's not there baby they didn't mess up and get pregnant at 17 with Aurora but a little support would've been nice.

Vinnies parents are going to the house. The hospital is finally letting me go home so I'm excited abt that.

Nurse: ok here are your discharge papers. You will have to sign then you guys will be on your way out.
Nai:thank you.

As Nai finishes signing the papers she grabs the bag that has everything they need she changed first into some sweats and a hoodie.

Then she puts Aurora into a cute little onesie.

Nai: here babe go change.

She says handing Vinnie his clothes.

Once they're all done and ready Nai puts Aurora into her car seat that Dezi brought to the hospital. They're borrowing her car because they still didn't get the car they needed.

Vinnie grabs the backpacks and the baby carrier leaving Nai empty handed.

Nai: here Vinnie let me take the bags.
Vinnie: no it's ok I've got them.
Nai: if you say so.

Once they get to the car Vinnie secured to car seat and walks Nai around to the other side of the back seat so she can sit next to her  

Vinnie: ok you guys ready?
Nai: mhm.

Vinnie starts driving.

As they're entering the neighborhood Nai says.

Nai: I am so excited to at least lay down on your bed. And not the hospital bed.
Vinnie: what do you mean "at least" you're gonna take a long nap.
Nai:I have to help you take care of her vin.
Vinnie: my moms coming remember. She offered.
Nai: I feel so bad tho she's gonna think I'm a bad mom.
Vinnie:baby. You've been a mom for a little over 24 hours how could you possibly be a bad mom.
Nai: I don't know Vinnie I'm just nervous for some reason.
She laughs a little.
Vinnie: well don't be.

They arrive to the house get everything down.

Nailea unlocks the door and they walk in.

Dezi: Nai!!
She says softly.
J: my niece!
Vinnie: "hi Vinnie nice to see you" "oh hey guys missed you"

He says butthurt because no one told him hi.

Dezi: hello Vinnie.
She says playfully rolling her eyes.

Vinnie sets the baby carrier down and un clips the straps he takes her out.

Vinnie: hi baby. Say hi to your auntie dezi and uncle J.

Dezi: she's so beautiful.

She says with a huge smile.

J:stopp she's too cute.

Dezi: let me hold her please?
Nai: of course.
Vinnie: just grab some hand sanitizer or wash your hands please.
Dezi: right.

Dezi then grabs the baby. J right next to her then there's a knock on the door.

Vinnie: that's mom and dad.

He opens the door.

Maria: omg congratulations you guys.

She says hugging me and Vinnie.
Nai: thank you.
She says smiling.

Nate: hey guys.

Everyone but Nai and Maria: hey dad.

Maria: hey Nailea.
Nai: yea?
Maria: I don't want you to feel like I'm sending you off to bed but I told Vinnie I could take care of her for the next couple of nights and you guys can get some rest.
Nai: I can't let you do that. You didn't ask for the baby.
Nai laughs.
Maria: don't worry honey. I'm so excited to take care of her if you do let me?
Nai: ok thank you so much you guys are such a blessing to be here.
Maria: don't even.
She says smiling.
Maria: where are your parents?
Nai: they went to the hospital for a little but didn't show much interest.
Maria: awww don't worry about it they just need to get used to it.
Nai: yea maybe.

Maria: alright well you guys should go shower and get to sleep.

Nai; thank you so much you don't know how much this means to me.

She says going upstairs Vinnie following her
