Mayank's pov
From today my wedding functions are going to start from today and everyone is on the their toes for the same. Mom, dad, bhai, Bhabhi everyone is very busy with the works because as per the rituals sangeet in one those rituals which are conducted by the grooms family and here I am assisting bhabhi in work and also keeping Maira because she can be a bit fussy and secondly bhabhi is in her second pregnancy and we don't need to stress her a lot so her work is divided with me.
It was evening by now, and all the work is done and we all are getting ready so that we can leave for the venue. I was in my room getting ready in my sherwani when my mom and bhabhi decided to enter my room.
"Finally my son has decided to get settled now!!!" mom exclaimed.
"All thanks to my devrani (sister-in-law) for working her charms on this son of yours decided to get married and that too he is whipped for her." bhabhi said
"Mom and my dear bhabhi please leave me alone I will come downstairs in a few minutes please let me get ready or else you all will be screaming on me for getting late for my own sangeet" I told them and made them move out of my room.
After they left I went further to get ready, applied hair wax and styled my hair, I already trimmed my beard and kept a light stubble to give a manly look, then I applied my cologne which smelled like musk and pine on my neck and wrist. Tied my wrist watch on my left hand and the black bracelet on my left hand. It was made up of leather and is something which according to mom is lucky for me so i am wearing is for very long time.
When I reached downstairs I found everyone ready mom was wearing off white saree and dad was wearing matching off white sherwani and both my were looking dapper in their outfits, similarly bhai and bhabhi were wearing black outfits.
We all reached their on time and I was took towards the stage and the photographers started clicking my pictures and was greeting my families and friends and their was light music playing the background.
Then a song played and my eyes were fixed on the entry of the venue.
