"I just..." Dylan looks at you, shaking his head slowly. "I don't get it. First, the Behavioral Analysis Unit is this dangerous job where you risk your life, and that blonde woman, Erin, doesn't want you there... and now you're going to spend a weekend on the beach tanning yourself and playing volleyball with all of them?"

You roll your eyes while looking at the one-piece bath suit you're holding.

"It's a business trip"

"No, it 's not." He says, immediately. "You're going to one of the best resorts in the country"

"Because Human Resources asked for it" You explain, taking a deep breath. "Apparently, the relationships between the members of the team are not good right now."

"So?" He asks. "Aren't there no fraternization rules for a reason?"

"One thing is no fraternization. And something completely different is that we all hate each other. There are just too many complications right now, too many loose ends...."

"Loose ends?" He raises one of his eyebrows, and you curse your mind, for picking those words. "Like the ones you have with Aaron Hotchner?"

It's annoying to hear his name on his lips again. "What are you talking about?"

"Let's not pretend he is not going to be there"

"Of course he is going to be there, he is my boss now" You frown, and look at his face one more time. "I knew it. I knew you were jealous"
