Two days later, Eleanora finally began to breathe right when the news of Hunter's waking up reached her ears.

She rushed towards his room but her feet soon paused when she heard the yelling and shout of her brothers.

Her eyes widened in horror when she saw how Hunter slammed Damon's head in a wall.

Her own balance stumbled.

Damon merely flinched at the pain and brought his fist up and punched Hunter square on his face. Hunter didn't even winced and his eyes darkened even more, if that was even possible.

Drops of blood rolled down Damon's neck but he looked unfazed.

Before they could lunge at each other again, Nora shouted.

"STOP!"

Hunter rolled his eyes and snapped his fingers towards the door.

"Out!" He said blankly to her.

Nora's heart sank at the way his tone sounded.

"Go back to your room, Nora! You mustn't interfere in our matters!" Damon's voice was void of any gentleness. His tone sounded dead with no emotion in it but filled with a warning more like a threat.

"I won't go!" Nora simply shook her head.

Hunter raised his brow and took a step towards her. Damon's composure stiffened when he saw Hunter's hand reaching behind to pull a hidden gun out.

Damon sighed in frustration.

"Get out of here Eleanora!" Damon said, his eyes turning red with anger and frustration.

"I said I won't go! You two need to stop fighting like that. Hunter is still hurt and you are also injured now." She argued but kept her eyes on Hunter as he approached her.

He stood just maintaining the four steps difference in between them. Her brows furrowed when he suddenly pointed his gun towards her feet.

"Out.." He said again clearly trying to control his anger.

Nora gulped.

"I w-won't."

"Do you want to die?"

"You won't hurt me." She stated, her voice trying to sound tough but failing miserably.

She didn't expected him to laugh out loud at this and suddenly a loud shot rang in the room.

"HUNTER!" Damon's yell followed behind.

Two more shots rang.

The guards with loaded guns in their hands barged inside but they froze at the sight in front of them. They immediately left.

Another shot rang following by more multiple gunshots.

With a confusion filled look morphed on his face, Lucifer entered inside.
At the same time, Eleanora's limp body fell backwards. He caught her unconsciously before she could hit the ground.

"Hunt! What the fuck?"

Hunter smirked.

"She was actin' all brave suddenly yah! I showed her 'her' place."

"It wasn't the right thing to do! She will be traumatized for a while now. Didn't you saw how she was turning paler when you were continuously shooting in her direction?!" Damon shouted at him.

"But the bullet didn't hit her! If you won't shut your mouth little brother, I can make sure to place a bullet right between her fucking eyes!" Hunter sneered back.

Lucifer rolled his eyes muttering 'geez' under his breath as they continued to yell at each other before Damon threw a knife in Hunter's direction that he easily dodged.

Lucifer looked at the unconscious, pale looking Nora and again cursed.

"What am I fucking supposed to do with this?"

He asked to them only to find them ready to punch each other's throats. He rolled his eyes for like hundredth time today and threw her over his shoulder. Her body hung loosely over his shoulder as he started walking down the hallway.

He was nearing her room when he sensed her slight movements. Lucifer without a second thought entered inside her room and dropped her body carelessly on the bed.

He was showing too much kindness today. He thought to himself.

He skipped out of her room, avoiding her confusion filled eyes.

Nora was still dizzy but she was able to understand everything around her. Her hands were shaking slightly just by remembering the way Hunter was shooting at her.

When the second shot almost hit her, a sharp pain shoot in her heart. Due to the shock, she fainted.

"I feel like I will never be truly a part of this family." She whispered to herself and ran a hand through her hair.

She decided to take a shower and then she went downstairs. But today something was different or unusual.

Guards were lining up in the living room and Vincent was yelling commands at them.

Eleanora looked at them in confusion.

But she continued her way towards the kitchen.

She was greeted by the maids and Serenity and Selena there.

"Umm I though if I can help in making dinner?" She asked them unsure. They immediately welcomed her with open arms.

Nora was chopping onions when she felt a stare on her face. She looked up in Selena's direction with a random small smile.

"What Happened?"

"Erm N-nothing. I just want to say that you are like perfection. I-I mean everything you do is always perfect." Selena rambled.

Eleanora unsure whether to smile or speak just slightly shrugged her shoulders.

"W-where d-did y-you l-l-learnt c-cooking?" Serenity asked, sounding genuinely curious.

A sad smile made it's way on Nora's lips and she found herself remembering those memories.

"From since childhood, I always admired my mother. She was the perfection itself. Everything she do was always amazing. I always watched her cooking. It felt like she was pouring her whole love in the food and I slowly started learning from her without even realizing. Life was perfect back then. Until everything changed one night. I no longer watched her cooking like other times, I stopped sharing my problems with her. One day when I shut myself in the four surr--" Nora paused as she felt her cheek wet.

A lone tear was trailing its way down her eye. The cooks and maids were giving her a sympathetic look.

She wiped her tear with the back of her hand and smiled at them.

"We should continue cooking or it is going to be late. The sooner we are done is better." By hearing her words, everyone get back down on their works.

Nora hardly managed to swallow the heavy lump down her throat.

The whole damn waterfall was threatening to fall down her eyes but she gripped her emotions and yet again smiled lightly.

After the dinner, she started to make her way towards her room to freshen up but on her way, a hand gripped her arm and she was dragged in the dark store room.

Her heart thumped wildly against her chest as her body was roughly slammed against the wall. Her wrists was pinned tightly above her head against the wall. A hand wrapped around her petite waist.

"Where are you running around little butterfly?"

Her face paled.
