As the fog was around all of them, the group of five found themselves hiding beneath the tent Finn had brought out from his bag, making sure no fog could get in. Y/n laid on her belly in-between Finn and Bellamy, the older boy's hand brushing against hers every second.
"How long are we supposed to wait?" Jasper questions.
"Will this even work?" Monroe adds.
"We'll find out." Finn replies.
"No, we won't." Bellamy objects, uncovering his head and looking outside. "There's no fog."
"Maybe it was a false alarm." Finn suggests as they all stand up.
Looking ahead, Y/n's gaze lands on a figure running near by. It was another grounder. The others seemed to notice it too as they watched the grounder run right past them, not seeming to notice the group of sky people.
"They're coming back." Bellamy informs.
"I think he's alone." Jasper whispers.
"Now can we run?" Monroe asks in a whisper.
"He doesn't see us. I'm going after him." Bellamy declares.
"And what? Kill him?" Finn questions.
"No. Catch him. Make him tell me where Octavia is, then kill him." Bellamy replies.
Y/n nods in agreement. "I'm coming with you."
The boy glances at her, nodding in response before the two start to go after the grounder, hoping he'd lead them to Octavia.
"How do we know he's not leading us into another trap?" Jasper asks, glancing at Finn beside him.
"We don't." Finn states.
The two leaders led the way, the other three trailing behind them. The group found themselves heading inside a cave where they had seen the grounder go into. As they got further in, the sound of chains filled their ears just as they walked into another part of the cave, revealing Octavia crouched beside the wall, the, now, unconscious grounder laying next to her.
"Bellamy?" Octavia questions.
Bellamy immediately rushes to her. "Octavia."
The boy instantly unchains his sister while Monroe keeps watch. Once Octavia was released, the Blake siblings share a tight hug while Y/n smiles in relief, happy her best friend was found and okay.
The two siblings pull away before Octavia looks over her brother's shoulder, gaze landing right on her best friend. With a smile, she limps over, the two girls sharing a tight hug before Octavia hugs Jasper.
"How did you find me?" Octavia asks.
Jasper gestures to the unconscious grounder. "Followed him."
"We should go. Now. Before he wakes up." Octavia tells them, referring to the grounder.
"He's not gonna wake up." Bellamy replies, grabbing a weapon, his eyes trained on the grounder.
"Bellamy, stop. He didn't hurt me." Octavia informs. "Let's just go."
"They started this." Bellamy argues.
As the Blake siblings argued, Octavia trying to get Bellamy to stop trying to kill the grounder that had healed her leg, Finn and Y/n found themselves slowly walking towards the unconscious man, crouching beside him while sharing a curious look. The two teenagers examine what seemed to be a horn, marking covered on it.
"Finn. Y/n. Move." Bellamy demands.
"Foghorn." Finn whispers, him and Y/n exchanging a glance as they ignored Bellamy.
All of sudden, the grounder lunges at Finn, stabbing the boy in the chest. Y/n immediately goes into action, going to attack the man but the end of his blade meets her torso, causing her to fall to the ground, the knife still lodged into her stomach area. Bellamy instantly attacks the grounder, soon finding himself pinned to the ground, the grounder holding a spear to his throat.
"Stop! That's my brother!" Octavia screams as she kneels beside her best friend.
Jasper lunges at the grounder from behind, knocking him unconscious once again. Bellamy's gaze looks to Y/n, who was breathing very heavily, along with Finn.
The sounds of Jasper's screams as he called for Clarke were the only thing that could be heard as the group rushed into the camp, the questions and chatter of everyone else soon following in suit. Jasper and Monroe both carried an unconscious Finn while Bellamy carried an unconscious Y/n bridal style.
The Blake boy felt tears continue to prick his eyes, continuously glancing down at the girl in his arms, wishing Clarke could so something to save her. The said blonde turns the corner upon hearing her name, rushing over to Finn when she sees the knife lodged into his chest.
The Griffin girl places her fingers on his neck, checking his pulse before doing the same with Y/n just as Raven walks over, her eyes widening in shock and fear when she sees her boyfriend unconscious as he was being held by Jasper and Monroe.
"They're alive." Clarke assures.
"Bellamy wouldn't let me take the knives out." Jasper informs.
"No, that was a good call. Get them in the dropship now. Go!" Clarke orders.
Obeying, Jasper and Monroe handed Finn to two boys while Bellamy slowly handed Y/n to two other guys. Pursing his lips and holding back his tears, the Blake boy watches the girl he deeply cares about being dragged into the dropship, wishing he could have done something to prevent this from happening.
