A LITTLE CONCERT

The sun was shining through the tall trees as the birds chirped loudly as they flew high in the sky, not bothering to notice what was going down with the civilians and the grounders all below them on the ground. The crickets hid in the tall grass of the forest, watching as Octavia rode by on her horse and the group were in the jeep with Raven driving.

Time had passed since they had left their home and were following right behind Octavia on the dirt road that had been made who knows how long ago, and the group continued sitting in the jeep in silence. Y/n had her elbows rested on her knees, her hand in Bellamy's bigger hand as their fingers were intertwined.

Still slouched in the passenger's seat at the front, Jasper had a pair of earbuds in his ears as he held an iPod he had found and that was somehow working, music echoing through his eardrums as he had seemed to tune out the people around it when he began singing to the song he was currently listening to, making everyone look at him but they didn't seem to mind the singing. However, Monty seemed to be the only one annoyed as he reached forward from where he was sitting behind Jasper, grabbing the cords of the earbuds and pulling them out of his ears without a care.

Monty shakes his head. "No way. If you're gonna ride shotgun, you can't just disappear."

Deciding that if he couldn't listen to the music on his own, Jasper reached to the end of the earbuds and pulled it out of the iPod and letting the music echo throughout the jeep, figuring that they could enjoy the music with him, not caring if he annoyed Monty. Y/n was quick to grab Monty's hand before he could stop it, claiming it was a long ride.

As the music continued to blast through their eardrums, Miller found himself enjoying the tunes as he moved his hands in the air as if he were playing the drums and Raven let her head bob up and down, a small smile on her face. When the lyrics came on, Jasper's voice was soon heard as he started singing again and soon, with a smile, Raven joined in. Still moving his hands as if he were playing the drums, Miller had been quick to join in as well and shook Monty's arm.

A smile soon etched onto the Green boy's face as he eventually joined in, quietly singing with the others as Jasper looked around at his friends, his lips continuing to move with the lyrics of the song. Letting himself lip-sync to the lyrics, Bellamy took a glance down at his girlfriend.

He watched as she looked between their friends with a small smile as his hand tightened on hers, raising it up and letting his lips press a kiss to her knuckles. Jasper had begun to sing a bit more louder as he got out of his seat, holding onto his and Raven's as he made his way in the middle, sticking himself out of the open sun roof at the top of the jeep. Octavia had been riding on her horse beside them and she looked over at the sound of Jasper letting out loud whoops and cheers, his arms raised up as he continued to do so.
