3rd person

"Enough Noah" Sebastian said in a tone that left no room for arguement, Noah nodded, he didn't want to go against his brother. Just seconds after Riley emerged from the kitchen, she had heard Sebastian and she couldn't help but feel the need to check on him.

"Sebastian"

Sebastian turned to face Riley, he felt a wave of guilt. He shouldn't have used that tone with Riley in such a close range.
"Riley"
She didn't reply, instead she simply walked up to him and hugged him.
Sebastians anger seemed to dissapear as he held his sister.
Noah watched his little sister and his older brother hug, he noted how Sebastian's anger seiced to exist. He didn't waste much time and got his phone out, he began taking pictures of them, they were adorable.

The front door slammed open and in walked Lucas, Riley jumped back in suprise but also a little fear due to the noise.

"Nice of you to join us" Noah remarked. He hadn't had a chance to speak to Lucas since this morning so he was still annoyed.
'big deal, it's not like I missed anything important" Lucas replied and straight away Noah moved from Sebastian's side to in front of Riley.
He was clearly in a bad mood, Riley didn't need to see Lucas like this.
Lucas however wasn't just in a bad mood, he was drunk and when he saw Noah move in front of Riley to shield her from him it irrated him. "What do you think I'm a danger to Riley now" he slurred and Sebastian who had just been watching the scene unfold just rolled his eyes. He had said all he needed to this morning.
Riley remembered how Sebastian wanted her to the bigger person and moved to the side so she could now see her brother.
"No need to fear me little one, I'm not going to hurt you"

Lucass words had Riley flinching and seconds later she had moved back into Sebastian's arms with her head buried in his chest.
"You're 15 grow up"

It was now obvious to everyone that he was drunk and Riley held Sebastian tighter.
"I think you should go sober up" Sebastian wasn't in any mood to sort Lucas out.
"I'm sorry, Im just ruining your perfect little family aren't I" Lucas snapped.
"You aren't ruining anything, you are drunk though, sober up before you say something you regret" Sebastian said, he felt guilty for making Lucas feel so bad. It was never Sebastian's intention to make him feel like this.

"Screw you Sebastian, you don't even care about any of us, we are just here to do your work" Lucas snapped then turned to Riley "he doesn't care about you either, he's just using you and when he's finished he will end up treating you the same as he treats Noah and I"

The room was silent. No one spoke. No one knew what to say.
Riley pulled away from Sebastian, she trusted Sebastian but with Lucas shouting what he just did,  she did start to have doubts.
She knew Sebastian was not someone to mess with, he was strict with them all.

But then just looking at Sebastian, her doubts vanished. He looked so vunerable and looked at Riley with sadness.
"Shut the fuck up Lucas, you don't know shit" Noah was furious now, he wasn't about to let Lucas speak like that.
"Oh come on Noah, he treats us like shit"

Sebastian still couldn't say anything, he was feeling a mix of guilt, sadness, betrayal and fear. He hated knowing Lucas felt like this and he feared Riley thinking it was true.

He did care, he cared for his siblings and he always would.

"Lucas, you treat Sebastian like shit. Sebastian cares so much for you and you don't even realize it" Riley said, she followed what Sebastian had told her. Be the bigger person. However she wanted to slap him.
"You can't say shit, you didn't grow up with him. You don't know how he was growing up. Always making us follow stupid rules" Lucas said.
Sebastian automatically reached out for Riley who thankfully was still stood in arms length.
"His rules weren't stupid" Noah said noticing how vunerable Sebastian had become.
He decided to take charge of the situation.
He walked to Lucas and grabbed his arm, he had to drag him upstairs as Lucas struggled. He turned around half way up and before he could confirm with Riley if she would help with Sebastian she nodded to him and Noah who was happy with this walked upstairs.

"I promise I'm not using you, I'm not going to treat you like shit" Sebastian said when it was just them.
"I know Sebastian. I believe you" Riley tried to comfort him.
She really didn't understand what Lucas had against Sebastian.
"Growing up I had to enforce the rules to prevent our father getting angry" he whispered and I Riley hugged him tightly.
"He didn't hurt them did he" Riley asked refering to the other.
Sebastian shook his head. "I took their punishments and I'd do it again ana again"
Riley was shocked that Lucas could think so little of Sebastian when all he has ever done was protect them.
"I only told you because I know you know what it's like, you would figure it out especially after this morning"
Riley wasn't to happy about this, she was grateful her brother told her but she was saddened by the fact he didn't really want to tell her.
"Sebastian I don't see how Lucas cant see you care, I know you care, I know you were brought up to hide your emotions and he should understand that. He's not exactly showing he cares either. Maybe telling them what happened might be a good idea" Riley said and Sebastians gaze harderned. "No Riley. That is not a option" he began to walk away but Riley quickly caught up to him. "So you're just going to walk off"  he turned to her and she couldn't help but shudder. "Depends, do you have something of any importance" he asked in a business tone, it was the same tone she had heard when they first met. "We are talking about something important though, we are talking about you" she hid her fear as she spoke to him.

"You do know your important don't you Sebastian"

Sebastian didn't even blink, he just walked away. He wasn't prepared to handle this now. Riley saw he needed to be alone and watched as he walked away.

Next chapter will be Noah and Lucas.

I know this chapter isn't the best so apologies for that.
