I'm sweating, over thinking, and quite frankly an utter mess. I'm sitting on my bed tired and defeated. An outfit always looks better in my head than it does on me and it kills me each and every time.

If only my legs were longer, my arms slimmer, and my stomach a little less protruding. Maybe then anything and everything would fit like it does in my head.

I don't want to be late is it wrong I feel bad for making my friends go out of there way to spend the day with me. Well I feel bad enough that Jonah didn't look like he wanted to go. Xina tried to hide it from me but I know she's forcing Jonah to go.

I kinda heard her screaming at him when we got out of class and his look of disinterest shattered the last hope I had of my Jonah coming back. The one who was nothing like the Jonah he was now.

I don't think of it anymore as much it's just how things are now I guess. I'm not mad, or bitter I'm just disappointed in myself for letting one more person push me aside. I'm tired of feeling unwanted.

A text from Xina startles me and gets me moving, I settle on a sheer black dress, lace and a sweet neckline. I wear a heart pendant necklace so it doesn't take away from the dress.

My hair is in waves and half up and I feel pretty for the first time in a while.

I put on my rings and feel myself center with them, I don't know wearing rings comforts me I feel wrong without them

I put on my rings and feel myself center with them, I don't know wearing rings comforts me I feel wrong without them. I grab a small black purse and make it out the door. Good thing my mother is working late tonight or else I know she'd have a lot to say about this dress.

Thankfully my bruises don't show. I reach Xina's car and go inside and hear Kalen whistle making my cheeks red.

"You are the embodiment of wildest dream." Kalen screeches as he fangirls over me, gushing about the lace on my dress as he clutches his cheeks.

He looks handsome in a navy blue tux, with his long auburn hair sleeked back.

I look over at Xina, her beautiful curls glistening. Dressed in a pant suit and lace bra and she looks like a sexy business women.

"Xina you look radiant." I say amazed looking at her. She turns to me and tackles me in a hug.

"Thank you angel! Look at you, you look straight out of a dream." I hug her back tightly murmuring thanks as I settle in the back seat.

"What are we thinking sushi, italian, or Mexican?" Xina asks, I say I'd be fine with anything.

"No having to deal with Jonah is enough italian for me, let's do sushi." Kalen says. I shake my head at him but agree nonetheless.

We're listening to Taylor as we are on our way to pick up Jonah I'm assuming. I'm drumming my fingers on my legs when I notice Kalen look at Xina. They both share a look and it doesn't look like a good one.
