Luke:

Liz reacted just as Luke had predicted when she had first arrived into the recovery room of yours. At first, she had started out to be shocked, looking down at the little infant in your arms, resting in the warm embrace of the duvet you and Luke had brought for him. Then afterwards, she had almost teared up as she approached you guys by the bed, and almost at the point of passing out because of cuteness when Luke had asked if she wanted to hold him. And now Luke never thought he would get his son back because Liz seemed to be one and only in love with the little baby boy in her arms now, swinging him quietly back and forth as she mumbled weird blurbs to him to make him do some kind of reaction even though he wasn’t more than a few hours born now, but it was enough for Liz who seemed to be more proud than ever. “When will the boys be here?” She asked even though she was totally concentrated, just looking down proud at her now born grandson. “Calum texted me saying that they would be here at some point later tonight.” Luke answered, taking out his phone from his pocket to check if what he had just informed was correct. “Yeah, they said around nine.” He answered mostly to himself in confirm, Liz nodding her head, yet not towards Luke but down towards his son who was looking up at his grandma with his big bright blue Luke eyes. Just like they had been taken out from his dad’s eyes and planted into his. “I gotta admit, he definitely looks more like you Luke than Y/N.” You raised your hands in surrender with a giggle, shrugging your shoulders. “It’s Luke’s well-known handsome DNA.” Luke cocked a smirk by your mention, his time to shrug his shoulders. “He’s just a piece of pure gold.” Liz said almost as if she was in love before she walked back towards you guys, placing him in the arms of yours again. “How much did they have to sew you?” She asked, taking a seat on the bed. “Not much actually to my luck. It was fast over.” You answered, watching as Luke moved his hand down to his son, letting his finger tickle his small hand before he reached out to grab it, making Luke’s smile change into a ten times bigger one, melting his heart just by the small action. “He’s gonna win so many girls’ hearts, I’m not doubting the slightest.” Liz said amazed, looking down at him. “Just like his daddy.” You mumbled with a small smile, looking over at Luke who had started to blush instantly by your words, shaking his head at you. “She’s right.” Liz commented and wiggled her eyebrows at Luke which made him laugh before shrugging his shoulders yet again, looking down at his son with a proud expression. Of course he was gonna be exactly like his daddy.

Calum:

The sound of knocking from the door appeared in the recovery room which made you and Calum look up towards the door, Calum mumbling out a come in with smile, probably already concluding who it was. And as he predicted, inside arrived Mali and Joy, Mali with a teddy bear in her hand. ”I think we came at the right time.” Mali said with a smile, looking back at her mum who looked pretty confused as to you weren’t holding any baby in your arms and neither did Calum, but as the sound of water splashing and a small faint sound of a baby cry, that was when her eyes went wide. They both turned their eyes towards your midwife standing next to a bathing sink where she was cleaning off your little baby boy so he could get clean and fresh. “He needed a shower.” Calum explained as if it wasn’t obvious, his hand wrapped around yours protectively. “And so do we.” You joked, running a hand through your still dampen hair from the cause of sweat after giving birth, the hair starting to curl around the strands. “Calum, could you find a clean pajamas from your hospital bag so he doesn’t have to change back into the dirty hospital grown?” Your midwife asked occupied, not turning around from what she was doing. “Of course.” Calum said with a smile before reaching out from your purse, grabbing a blue and white pajamas from the bag before standing up, “Remember this.” You mumbled, letting go of his hand and giving him a blue blanket he could wrap him up in, Calum nodding his head with a smile before grabbing it. “If you feel daring, you can put it on him.” Your midwife chuckled as she had now turned off the water, currently drying off your little baby boy. “I would feel honored to do that.” Calum said in joy, placing the blanket on the table next to the bathing sink, helping your midwife when she placed him clean and dry on the duvet so Calum could dress him up. Mali and Joy approached them to tag along and see what was going on, both having proud smiles on their faces. Calum lifted his son up to embrace him in his arms with the duvet before walking towards you, placing him in the bed next to him. “You can take a shower you know.” You mumbled tired, looking up at the clock striking past 1AM now. “Not at all. I can’t get myself to leave him now.” Calum said quietly with a big smile, his thumb running over the forehead of his son, Mali placing the teddy bear next to him. “If you guys ever need a baby sister, you know where to call.” She said just as quietly, watching her nephew starting to doze off to sleep, the exact same thing you were about to do now, tired, dazed and proud of yourself of how you were capable of surviving that many hours of pain, but of course it had turned into something wonderful afterwards, making all of it worth it.

Michael:

Michael’s big orbs were looking down onto the almost identical ones from his little daughter who was wrapped inside a massive pinkish small baby duvet, being swung around by her father as he looked down at her in pure joy. He was casually waiting for you to sit more comfortable on the bed before he could place her down into the embrace of your arms again so you could breastfeed her. It wasn’t more than 15 minutes now since she had come out, and already just as soon as she was placed at your chest, she had been craving for something to eat, just like her daddy would have. “Comfortable?” Michael asked with a smile and as you nodded your head, he placed your daughter in the arms of yours before grabbing a chair and pushing it right next to your bed before taking a seat, wanting to be a part of it as much as he could. You made yourself comfortable with her and moved her down so she was level with her chest, and just as you expected, her senses started sensors started to work, moving her head around. Her mouth was right at the corner of your nipple, yet she didn’t do much afterwards. “Why isn’t she latching?” You asked confused, looking up at Michael first but afterwards turning your head towards your midwife. “Oh she will, you just gotta help her for a bit.” She said with a small before approaching you. “Try placing your little finger between her gums and your nipple. It will reduce the pain as well if it appears.” You nodded your head along to her words before doing as said, waiting for a few seconds before your little baby girl started to latch to your nipple, a new kind of odd sensation starting. “She’s sucking.” You said in joy, looking up at Michael with wide eyes in surprise. “For how long can this take?” You asked, looking back up at your midwife. “Anything from between 5 minutes to 40.” “If she’s anywhere near her daddy’s genes she’ll be able to eat for more than 40 minutes, that’s for sure.” Michael joked which made the midwife laugh, shaking her head at him. “As long as you’re comfortable and in peace Y/N, then there shouldn’t be any worries.” Your midwife smiled as she scribbled down some things onto your daughter’s journal, Michael getting his phone out to take a picture. “Do you mind?” He asked, referring the showing boob but you just shrugged it off, hiding it as much as you could so it wasn’t in sight of the camera. “I just wanna show the world what incredible piece of a child we’ve created.” He smiled, taking a picture before leaning down so his head was resting against your shoulder, watching his little baby girl getting fed for the first time in her life.

Ashton:

“Who you think weights the most?” Ashton asked excited, helping the midwife by starting out with your boy, you holding your daughter meanwhile. “Definitely Y/D/N, she was a tough one to get out.” You mumbled, looking down at her with a big smile, kissing her small soft forehead. “She probably had her mum’s eating habits inside your stomach, eating all of her brother’s food as well.” Ash joked, laughing by your shocked reaction. “To my defense, I’ve been pregnant the last 9 months!” “I know, sweety.” Ash laughed, sending you a blown air kiss before turning his attention back towards your midwife, excited. “Well let’s see how much he weights.” She mumbled concentrated, measuring. “Your boy is 3,4 kilograms.” She informed before scribbling it down into his journal, taking the length of his body as well. “And the length is 45.6 centimeters. So he’s quite average.” Ashton nodded his head along before taking the duvet that was placed down by your feet on the bed, wrapping it around his son just as soon as he was done being checked. “This is so great.” He said in joy as he placed your son in the embrace of yours before taking your daughter up into his arms, switching babies. “Let us see if the girl is bigger than her big brother.” She chuckled, reaching out for your daughter and starting to check her. “Oh, she’s not more than a few grams more I think.” She mumbled concentrated, starting to weight her. “She’s 3,7 kilograms. Bigger than her big brother, right predicted Y/N.” You raised your hand in victory, Ashton laughing by you. “And she’s around 47,3 centimeters. So definitely bigger than her big brother.” Your midwife said, writing the last facts into the journal of your twin daughter before shutting it and placing it at the table. “I will check on you in half an hour or so.” She smiled before walking out of the door, leaving you and Ash alone. Ash wrapped another duvet around your daughter before taking a seat next to you, silence taking over at the room as you guys were too caught up looking down at the little infants in your arms. “If you need to rest just tell me. I’ll gladly look over these little two.” He smiled, looking up at you with proud eyes. “Even though I’m so exhausted right now, sleep is one of the last things on my mind.” You sighed, caressing your baby boy up and down the smaller part of his soft arm. “I predicted you would say that. It’s just so you know it.” Ash smiled placing a kiss to your forehead. “I know and I will probably appreciate it later on but for now I just wanna spend time with my family.” By the mention of family, Ashton’s eyes lit up in pure excitement, looking between you and your newborn twins. He did in fact have his own family now, and he couldn’t have been more proud than what he was now.
