Luke:

"Okay everyone, so Lukey over here has an announcement." Calum said into the microphone, his arm reaching out to point to the right towards Luke standing in the middle, his eyes suddenly nervous by the sudden yell. "Now?" He mouthed towards Cal, the Kiwi boy nodding his head, Liz far behind him backstage nodding her head as well, you standing next to her with a timid look. He looked out at the crowd again, the sweat dripping down his forehead, mouth wide agape. He came to realization a few seconds later, hit mouth closing again as he swallowed the lump that had started to form in his throat. "As Calum just said, yes, I have a big announcement for you guys." He started out, letting go of his guitar so it could rest in the air with the secure band around his shoulder. "First all of you could start out by grabbing your camera or your phones. We want everyone to know this as it’s something very important and a soft spot for Luke." Michael spoke for Luke, easing his nerves. The fans around the crowd in the arena started to take their phones out if they already hadn’t pressing play on their record buttons. Luke took a last deep breath, looking down at his feet before showing courage, looking out at the crowd again. "I don’t really know how to say this but I have to. In a hope for you to not judge me and definitely not to judge what I’ve been a part to create. As all of you probably know, Y/N, my best friend is with us on tour as a supporter." There was a small howl by the mention of you, your stomach starting to twitch as Luke looked more nervous than ever. "As many of you probably know, people in our age love to go out and enjoy life at parties and stuff." Some of the fans started to give each other not so secure looks, "Y/N and I had a night where we uhm.. Were a little bit closer to each other than what we both had control over." Some fans were having wide eyes now, concluding what Luke was going to say. "I can see it on your shocked faces that you guys already know what I’m going to say." Luke looked at you a last time before looking out again, "Y/N is pregnant. With my child." Luke swore he saw a fan or three fainting around the crowd, others standing with shocked faces and to his surprise, some smiling. "And we’re all here to support them as much as we can." Ashton yelled into his microphone, a warm feeling going down your spine by Ashton’s kindness, Luke letting out a small giggle by it. "We know it comes as a big shock to everyone, we were surprised as well. But nothing can change it now, there’s no backing down." Luke moved away from the microphone, drying some of the sweat from his forehead off. "So yeah.. This is Don’t Stop." Michael said, Calum and Luke giving him a ridiculous look, yet Luke was glad to finally getting this off from his chest.

Calum:

Calum’s fork was grabbing the last piece of food on his plate, you sitting with your phone as you guys were sitting on your kitchen, the sound of the radio faint in the background. ”Cal, can I ask you something?” You suddenly asked, looking up from your phone. ”What?” He said not removing the gaze from his plate. ”When are we planning telling the fans?” Your question made Calum stop in track, the realization of telling the fans hitting him, his lips parting in thought. ”we could do it now, actually.” He suggested, placing his fork on the plate. ”You sure? Ready for that part?” The first question had been for fun at first but maybe it was a good idea to tell them now. ”Yeah. It has to be done at some point, so why not now? We can’t really hide that bump anymore.” He formed a small smile by just the thought of you showing, a blush coming to your cheeks. ”How should we tell them then?” You asked, placing your phone on the counter, leaning forward on your elbows. Calum stayed quiet in a thought for a minute, his finger pressing into his chin. “We could do the classy one, take a photo in the mirror thingy.” “That doesn’t sound like a bad idea.” You looked up with a raised eyebrow at Cal, his shoulders shrugging as you gave him a judging look. “It’s simple. And cute. And I need a need Twitter Icon so it would be perfect.” A small smile appeared on his lips as he finished speaking, your eyes going wide. “You think I’m showing enough?” You looked down at your stomach, lifting your shirt a bit to have a look. “Enough to see that you’re not in a need for a shit.” Calum’s comment made you crack of laughing, giving him a ridiculous look. “What, I’m serious.” He laughed, standing up from the bar stool. “We could do it in the bedroom?” “Fine.” You grumbled, removing your butt from the bar stool as well, walking beside him as you followed each other up towards your bedroom. “Should I just lift it or what?” You questioned, standing in front of the mirror as Calum unlocked his phone, opening the camera app. “Stand here.” He guided, placing his hands on your shoulder, moving you so you leaned against his chest, “And then I’ll do this.” He said, his right hand coming up towards your stomach, the other one holding in front of the mirror so he could take a picture. “Just hold your shirt and smile.” He mumbled, the both of you forming a small smile as the sound of a camera clicking, Calum taking a look on the photo. “It’s great.” He said showing it to you. Giving him a nod of approve he opened the twitter app, firstly changing his icon into the photo and afterwards making a tweet with the photo attached to it. “Guys, a little certain one are one the way. Please accept it with open arms as we’re really happy for the little miracle that’s going to happen in a few months from now. 😊 x”
