Chapter 45: Metallica (Parte 1)

A Day has passed since Diavolo was able to retrieve the Divine Key, Cosmic Juggernaut, with the help of the Schicksal Overseer and the two S-Rank Valkyries. 

Currently, the pink-haired man was sitting peacefully at the table enjoying breakfast alongside the Valkyries of Squad V and the ones who newly joined them. 

"Mom, auntie Himeko can I ask you something?", Kiana then suddenly asked, "can you teach me how to drive?"

Both women were taken aback by her sudden request, and unsure about Kiana's ability to drive and her usual behavior. 

"Ehm Kiana, I think you should wait for a bit more, at least until you're a real Valkyrie", Himeko hesitantly replied.

"Awww, but please!", Kiana pleaded.

"Kiana, please, Himeko is right. Also, it takes some time to learn it, and you are still busy with your Valkyrie training", Cecilia said to he daughter, trying to convince her daughter to protect the city's streets.

Eventually, Kiana began to understand it. Of course, the saddened expression on her face made the caring mother heartbroken, but this was the moment when she underestimates the young girl. Kiana suddenly got a perfect idea, at least in her opinion.

"Diavolo? Can you teach me-"

"No."

Before Kiana could even finish her request, she got rejected by the man who sat across from her!

"Awww why!?"

"Kiana Idiotka would be a menace to the streets", Bronya suddenly said.

"A menace!?"

And so the bickering between the two started. While Mei and Seele tried to calm them down, everyone else was watching them as they found that quite amusing. Of course, they knew that the quarrel between the two wasn't something serious.

"Well, at least I'm tall enough to drive, right Bronya Shorty Pants!", but even so sometimes a hurtful comment fell.

Kiana has hit one of her weak spots, Bronya's height. Even though the silver-haired girl rarely showed any emotions, it was clear that the words of the white-haired girl did some damage. Eventually, to avoid further disturbances early in the morning, especially when the troublemakers were right next to him, the one man in the dorm decided to speak a word of power.

"That's enough now. Stop fighting and eat your breakfast."

Hearing the menacing and powerful voice, the two girls stopped their bickering and apologized.

"Sorry..."

"I'm sorry, Boss."

And so they continued their breakfast without further disturbances until it was time for their daily routine.

Currently, the sovereign Welt was on his way to the meeting room, although injured the first Herrscher dragged himself through the halls of the base. Eventually, he made it to his destination and entered the room. Inside the room, his two most trusted colleagues, the two scientists Einstein and Tesla, were waiting alongside the current and former heads of the ME Corp, Cocolia and Raiden Ryoma, and some nameless and unimportant members.
