"pati patni...bachche ke saath aayiye aur yahan hawan ke saamne baithiye"...

The pandit's words shocked everyone....

Sana's eyes widened....her heart skipped a beat...

"What did she hear now...?.."..she thought...

She stood frozen...

Her parents and Sid's mom were looking eachother getting awkward...

She looked down ...getting awkward and feeling weird...

She didn't dare to look at the person standing beside her...

She held Pari closely...as she was sleeping...

There was an awkward silence filled in the hall...

But then Sana shivered...when Pari cried loudly...

Sid almost snatched Pari from her...and started to walk towards the upstairs...he didn't even look at anyone...

Sana stood there embarassed and numb...she wanted to run back to her home...

Sid's mom- Pandit ji..woh meri Bahu ab nahi rahi...ye inki beti hai...

She said softly...looking at everyone..

Pandit ji looked them..

Pandit- galatfehmi ke liye maaf kijiye...woh dono saath mein aaye isliye...

Sid's mom- aap Pooja shuru kijiye main usko leke aati hun ...

Sid's mom looked Sana's parents...

They nodded assuring her that they are fine...

She moved towards the stairs...

Sana who was still standing at the entrance...

She had tears in her eyes...her hands were cold...she felt a pain when he snatched Pari from her...

Sana's Mom- Sana...andhar aao...

Dad- aao Sana...

They said softly...

Sana still stood there...holding her duppatta... tightly... controlling her tears..

Dad- aao beta...

She moved slowly...with fear ...

Sana- Mummy...main ghar jaa rahi hun...aap log baad mein aayiye...

She said softly.. hiding her tears..

Sana's Mom- Sana..nahi beta Lata ji ko bura lagega..aur tum jo hua uske baare mein zyada sochna mat...thik hai beta.."

She said and smiled slightly..

Sana sat beside her mom...looking the stairs...

Pari's cries were heard...

Her heart clenched...

After 5 minutes...Sid's mom came to them...

Sana's Mom- sab thik hai?

Lata ji- haan ..woh aa raha hai...

Sid came down... consoling Pari...

Pari had a toy in her hand..

She blabbered... something and made noises...

Sana smiled... looking her normal...

But her red nose and tear stricken eyes...made her feel the pain...

Sid was stern...

Pandit ji- aayiye...Pooja ke liye der ho raha hai..

he looked the Pandit angrily...and sat down with Pari...
