"How pregnant are you?" Regulus asks as him and Maria enter the cozy home in Godrics Hollow for the one day a week when every one of them get together. Lily Evans-Potter rolls her green eyes with a soft chuckle, leading them down the hall past the stairs and into the living room.

"I'm only twelve weeks." Lily states pointedly. Even in the fitted, grey top she's wearing you can't see any noticeable baby bump yet.

"Prongsette!" Sirius says, thrusting his arms into the air as he sits on the sofa between Remus and James, Remus sighing as he was just in the midst of a heated debate with the Black about wizards chess.

"Did you hear the news?" Peter asks from where he's eating a packet of muggle crisps and watching the television. "Alice is pregnant."

"What?!" Maria exclaims. "Are her and Frank coming? They must be so excited." She gushes as Regulus pulls her to sit down by her hips, the couple squishing onto one of the two armchairs.

Lily sits herself back on the other side of James on the sofa, grabbing his hand and he positions it over her stomach as she leans onto his arm.

"They're spending tonight having dinner and making passionate love—"

"Shut up Sirius! They're just celebrating tonight but they're coming next week." Lily says softly after scolding Sirius.

"How's Mickey?" James asks and Maria smiles slightly at James' first question. She had seen him and Sirius earlier that week since the three where trying to gather a list of what everyone may want for Christmas, since today is the first of December.

"He's good."

"Can you believe that in thirty two days it will be the eighties?" Sirius says, baffled, and Remus rolls his eyes once again, flipping over the page of the daily prophet and reaching into the brown cardigan he's wearing, grabbing a small piece of chocolate.

"No, Sirius, it's mind-blowing how the years work." Regulus states and Sirius scoffs exaggeratedly and snatched some chocolate from Remus who looks at him incredulously. "Imagine how it'll feel for you when we reach the two thousands."

Sirius shudders.

The door rings abruptly and Peter gets up to answer it and they here the loud voices of Marlene, Mary and Dorcas as the girls enter, kissing Peter on the cheek as they file in, leaving him with a bright pink face.

"Bloody hell, can we have some gin?" Marlene breathes as they walk into the living room making Sirius raises his hand in agreement.

Despite Regulus reaching to grab her hips and pull her down, Maria wriggles out of his grasp to Mary who grins excitedly and hugs her tightly.
