When shopping, Y/n only nodded her head yes or no.
She didn't feel comfortable saying a single word. Frankie and Hale glanced at each other throughout the day.
"Y/n/n?" Frankie asks as he gently squats down to the small teenagers height. Y/n looked up at her uncle.
"I know this feels very weird to you if you don't communicate we don't know what you would like," Frankie says as he starts a small lecture to her. "We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible and make you feel loved okay?"
Y/n tears up at his words but doesn't let anyone see her tears so she looks down and nods her head gently.
"Y/n/n?" Hale asks as he squats down while Frankie stands up going to grab the parts for all of Y/n's new furniture.
"C-Can you and me talk for a couple minutes?" Y/n says in a quiet whisper as she looks up at Hale with small tears running down her cheeks.
"Of course." Hale says as he gently hold's his hand for Y/n to hold. "Let me tell Uncle Frankie we're going across the street to a restaurant, okay?"
"O-okay" Y/n says as she holds onto Hale's hand as they both make their way to the restaurant together.
