Dream POV

It had been an hour since we had all eaten, George fell asleep against Sapnap on the sofa while he aimlessly scrolled through his phone.

Bad had washed up in the kitchen and was currently sitting on a stool by himself, engrossed in his phone.

The others were playing a game so I decided to talk to Bad considering George had mentioned something.

"Hey" I greet him as I sit on a stool beside him.

"Hey! I actually needed to talk to you about something" Bad smiles, looking away from his phone.

"About?"

"Remember over a year ago, when we had that conversation about social media platforms and forming a fan base"

I ponder for a moment before answering.

"Yeah I remember that"

"I was thinking we could make it our job, we already have a fan base why not use it to our advantage"

I hadn't thought about that conversation in a long time but thinking about it now lit something up inside me.

"You can help me work on figuring out the best way to go about it and work out the prices of setups and stuff"

"Yeah of course I'll help" I smile, taking a look at the notes he already had on his phone.

"Why don't we meet at my place tomorrow to talk about it? We can use my laptop" I offer and Bad nods.

"What time?" He asks.

"4pm sound good?"

"I'll be there" I smile at him before walking back into the living room.

I look at George sleeping on Sapnap and carefully sit near them, trying not to wake him.

He didn't need to leave until another couple of hours so there was no harm him getting some sleep.

"You look lost" Sapnap smiles up at me.

"What?" I ask confused.

"No George to entertain you?"

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing" He smiles again, holding back a laugh.

I look at him confused again, he starts to giggle again as he moves George's hoodie down slightly to show his neck.

My face flushes red as he covers it again, looking over at me again to see my flustered state.

"Anything you'd like to say?" He asks, raising a brow.

"I-"

"No wait let me guess" He says, pretending like he was thinking.

"Just friends?" He asks.

"Let's talk about this when George isn't sleeping on you" I say, rolling my eyes and trying to hide the blush on my face.

"You don't know what to do with yourself when George is with someone else do you?" He asks, a hint of seriousness in his voice.

"Not now Nick, later or something"

I pull out my phone to distract myself, watching a YouTube video quietly.

Eventually Skeppy left, Bad following suit a few minutes after.

Karl and Quackity were picking up the mattresses from the living room to move them.

I checked the time, realising George would have to leave soon.

Had it really already been 2 hours?

"Sap wake him up, we have to leave soon" I say, getting up from the sofa to go find my shoes.

I put them on before walking back into the living room.

George still looked drained but sat up from his slumber anyway.

"I'll go get your shoes George" Sapnap says as he stands up from the sofa.

"We need to walk to my house to get my car first" I say and he nods.

Sapnap chucks his shoes on the floor next to his feet and George slips them on, tying the laces afterwards.

"Have fun with your appointment" Karl smiles through.

George stands up seeming a little more out of it than usual.

I walk with him to the door as we say our goodbyes, shutting it behind us and starting to walk in the direction of my house.

"Did you sleep well?" I ask.

"Mhm" he nods.

"What's up?" I ask and he just shakes his head.

I take his hand in mine and he doesn't pull away.

That was a good sign At least.

"Are you worried about your appointment?"

"Can I stay at yours after? I wanna see patches" He asks, completely changing the conversation.

"Of course, but you should probably get a change of clothes from your house before we go"

He nods as we carry on walking in silence, eventually getting to my house.

I leave George outside whilst I grab my keys, unlocking the car for us to get in.

We belt up and I start driving towards the hospital.

George was texting on his phone, probably to Ranboo or Phil to let them know he's on his way.

I could tell something was up with him but I put it down to him being tired, he usually gets grumpy when he hasn't had a lot of sleep.

"Are you still in any pain from yesterday?" I ask.

"What?"

"Well your walking again so-"

"Ohh- that, yeah they're still a little wobbly but I don't mind" He smiles as he puts his phone away.

"Oh? So you don't mind me limiting your walking capabilities?" I ask with a smirk.

"You should do it more often" He challenges back and I nod.

"I'll keep that in mind Georgie"

I look over to see his face start to blush before looking back at the road.

And just like that his mood changed again.

"So have you spoke to Bad yet?" He asks.

"Yeah I have actually, we're going to talk about it more another time though but I'm pretty sure we could work something out"

"That's good, just don't worry too much about how expensive things are just note down how much it would cost"

"Since you'll be at mine anyway you can look at everything me and Bad figure out and see what ideas you like" I offer.

"Alright"

I pull up to the hospital, taking a spot in the car park before getting out with George.

"Phil said they're waiting out front"

I lead him over to the front of the building where we spot Tubbo, Ranboo, Tommy and Phil.

"George!" Ranboo smiles, engulfing him in a hug.

The teen was even taller than me.

"Come on let's head inside" Phil smiles as we walk in.

"Why's Tommy here?" I ask.

"Tubbo wanted me to come" He states and I nod.

The two really were getting along.
