Firstly, thanks to you for reading this book. This started as a simple challenge from a friend to keep me entertained during the holiday season drag: the original idea was to create an original character that fits in the world of SAO as a major character without replacing the main protagonist or changing the timeline.
That quickly evolved into this project and after a few changes, I've decided to release this as a full book leading up to where I originally planned to end the story after Ordinal Scale and possibly continuing in Alicization.
While most of the book is done, there are certainly parts I wouldn't mind rewriting but I don't really have much time for that. Regardless, I'm still particularly proud of this and I hope the story as it is now is interesting and enjoyable.
This has been fun to do, especially since Sword Art Online is one of my favorite anime and while I originally planned to just do this, if it comes down to it I might expand on each arc in separate books, including my original arc.
Of course that's all just a possibility for the future. For now though, I hope you enjoy Sword Art Online: Phantom Reaper and again, thank you for reading!
