Morning bloomed as beautifully as ever, drenching the world in its golden aroma and gently waking everything from slumber. Taehyung stirred awake at the sound of birds chirping outside, their voices blending in a melody so pure it felt like a lullaby for the day. A soft smile curled on his lips as he sat up in bed, padding over to the glass window, which was delicately veiled in a light layer of fog.
He gave a small, sleepy "hey" to the birds perched just outside, who seemed momentarily startled by the sight of the ethereal human greeting them. But soon enough, they resumed their harmonious singing, as if serenading him personally. Taehyung giggled quietly, his heart light and warm, before heading into the bathroom to begin his morning routine and slip into a refreshing shower.
When he emerged, steam following in wisps behind him, he wore only his deep blue undergarments, a towel lazily hanging from one hand. Standing before the mirror, he let his eyes wander over his reflection, taking a moment to observe himself in a way he rarely did. His gaze drifted down, and he slowly turned to view his back, noticing how his hips had grown slightly fuller, his thighs more defined, and his waist narrower — his figure now sculpted like a divine masterpiece.
A gentle flush colored his cheeks as he realized how these quiet changes had gone unnoticed by him, perhaps because he’d always considered himself fine the way he was. Still, something about the way he looked now made his heart flutter. Shyly, he rubbed the soft, scented lotion into his skin, wanting to smell good just in case his Jungkookie wrapped him in a hug today.
Once his skin was pampered and his hair thoroughly dried, Taehyung dressed himself in a light floral shirt paired with fitted black pants. He gave one final touch to his outfit by adjusting his black beret, the perfect piece to complete his soft, enchanting look.

He wore his brown shoes and headed downstairs with his phone and wallet. His father, who was already seated at the breakfast table, stared at him after seeing him so ready early in the morning. "Son, are you going somewhere?" he asked when Taehyung sat on the chair beside him, thanking his mother who served him his breakfast.
"Yes, Dad. I'm meeting Jungkook at their house, and also, Mom wanted to tell me something important," he answered, grabbing the sandwich his mom had made. He moaned at the taste after taking a bite and, as always, praised his mom for her amazing cooking skills.
"Hmm, okay. You can go, but come back before dusk. Oh, and Tae, I talked to the interior designer and the carpenter. They’ll start their work after two days, so make sure to move your stuff from the studio," Mr. Kim said and got up from the chair after finishing his food.
Taehyung nodded his head, thanking his dad. He also stood up from the chair and placed the plates in the sink. Bidding goodbye to his parents, he walked to his car and got inside. He started driving towards the Jeon mansion but stopped on the way to buy a vanilla cake for his mother-in-law.
After reaching the Jeon mansion, he walked inside once Maya opened the door for him. "Oh! Tae, come in, dear. I was waiting for you," Mrs. Jeon happily invited Taehyung into the living room. "Hey, Mom. How are you? Oh, and this is for you," Taehyung smiled and handed her the cake box, which she happily accepted.
