It's been a few days since the incident with Rue, and neither Jules or Rue have spoken to Liz since.

Jules had taken Rue inside her home that night and thanked Liz for calling her, but after that the two hadn't exchanged a word.
Rue hasn't said anything at all to Liz, which the blonde told herself it was because of the shame, but she knew better than that.

It confused Liz why she felt so annoyed by it, it's not like they were friends, it was just a classmate doing a favor, but still she felt like she somehow deserved more.

Unlike Rue and Jules, Fezco had contacted Liz quite a bit.
After she left with Rue he had told her he appreciated what she did and that night they've been texting back and forth for a bit, but that's about it. She hasn't seen him since that day and even tough it hasn't even been a week, Liz weirdly missed his presence.

"Liz liked Fez' company over the two times they've talked to each other. The way he seemed so curious about her made her feel a strange comforting feeling. For the first time she's felt heard by someone other than her family. Which was something that intrigued but scared her at the same time.

Using the hoodie Fez had lend her as an excuse to visit him, which she kept telling herself was the only reason, she went home after school to grab the familiar red hoodie and drove over to the gas station he owned.

Liz got out of the car and nervously played with her nails as she walked towards the store. She didn't know why she was feeling so nervous but she hated it.
Eventually she got her shit together and walked up to the counter where a young boy was standing.

Based on his overall looks and body he seemed about 13 years old, but the tattoos on his face said differently.

"Hey."
She greeted and leaned on the counter, the boy watching her carefully.

"Wat you want?"
He asked directly, causing Liz to let out a sarcastic chuckle.

"Is Fezco here?"

"Depends on who's asking."
The boy didn't seem to be very impressed by her presence so Liz just sighed.

"I'm asking. Now where is he?"

"Why? Wanna buy anything? I sell too you know."
He raised a daring eyebrow at her, causing her to let out a scoff, not impressed by his intimidating stare.

"I'm not here for drugs, I just want to return something to Fez."

"We don't have a return policy, Barbie doll."

"Well too bad it's not a product then, Baby Born."

The two glared at each other, trying to intimidate the other when Fez walked in from the backdrop behind the fridge. He watched the scene with amusement until he accidentally let out a slight chuckle, breaking the two's attention away from each other.

"The fuck is goin on here?"
Fez asked, walking towards the counter and hopping on it.

"This bitch think she can return shit."
The boy, who Liz now figured was probably Fez' brother Astray, explained to Fez.

"What you mean?"
Fez switched his attention from Ash to Liz and waited for her explanation.

"I was just here to return your hoodie, but your brother didn't let me explain."
Liz huffed, once again glaring at the boy.

"Shit Liz, you can keep it."
Fez shrugged simply.

"No it's fine, I want you to have it back."
Liz dropped the red piece of soft fabric on the counter.

"Like we said, we don't have a return policy."
Fez smiled teasingly, watching her with amusement as she stuffed the piece of clothing bag into the plastic bag it had previously been in.
