It's been two days since Liz' visit to the liquor store, and she hasn't been able to get him out of her mind ever since.
His blue eyes popped up every time she closed hers, his deep voice filled her head whenever there was silence.

It drove her crazy, but somehow it was all in a good way.

Liz was settled on her bed, her headphones playing at full volume as she wrote down the answers of her homework.
She never really did her homework, but right now she needed anything to keep her thoughts away from Fez so desperately, she decided to be a good student for once.

Although her outfit didn't help much with trying to get Fez from her thoughts. She was wearing his oversized red hoodie he had given her a few weeks back. It was overly comfortable and warm, and since Fez didn't want it back anyway, Liz decided not to waste it and wear it. A lot.

The one thing that did disappoint her was the fact that she washed it a while ago when she wanted to return it. It now smelled of lavender instead of smoke, weed and men's cologne, which was strangely unsatisfying.

Liz groaned to herself as she read the same question in her book for the 5th time over again. Not even homework seemed to help her clear her mind.

With a sigh she stood up and made her way to the window, hoping to see something interesting happening on the street. Like last week, she spotted her neighbor being kicked out of the house by his wife, who yelled at him for being a dick and threatening to cut his throat if he ever returned.
But unfortunately, all there was to see was an empty street, lit up by lampposts.

Liz was just about to head back to her bed and try to read the question for what felt like the billionth time, when the door suddenly bursts open, revealing an annoyed looking Lea Coughlan.

"Could you walk Zeus?"
Lea walked into her sisters room, plopping down the bed with a sigh.
"Marie's at work till like... ten, and he's been waiting at the door with the leash in his mouth for half an hour now."

Liz groaned and looked at her sister, even tough walking the dog was probably a good way to clear her head, she did not feel like walking around in the cold.

"Why won't you just do it yourself?"
Liz looked at her younger sister who dramatically spread herself across the bed.

"I'm way too young to be walking outside in the dark!"
Lea exaggerated gravely, earning an eye roll from Liz.

"Oh shut up."
The older girl groaned before grabbing her phone and heading out the room, leaving Lea on the bed while she walked downstairs.

When Liz went into the hall she noticed Zeus' squeaking while he was laying down on the mat in front of the door.

She put on her shoes and coat before bending down to put on the pet's leash and petting his soft brown fur.

"I'm sorry you had to wait this long Zeus, Lea is a lazy little bitch."
Liz told the dog in her dog voice while Zeus just wiggled his tail at her, waiting for Liz to finally open the door.

Liz would never admit it to Lea, but she actually enjoyed her little walk. It certainly helped her clear her head and she felt a lot calmer already.

She'd been walking for around 20 minutes when Liz decided she was cold and wanted to head back.

Taking the shortcut back, she crossed a random parking lot, noticing one of the cars still had it's inside lights on.
Walking closer towards the vehicle, she noticed a person was sitting at the driver's seat, which scared her at first, thinking it was some kind of pervert. Until she noticed a familiar face, sitting behind the wheel with tear filled eyes.
