The eternity of the night was spent with Liz and Fez sitting on the couch, drinking beer, smoking weed and talking about anything.

"Yo, I almost forgot."
Fez pulled his hand away from Liz back, fidgeting in his pocket to fish out a small box, decorated with a petite red bow.
"I got you somethin.'"

"You did? Why?"
Liz asked in big surprise, her mouth agape and her eyes sparkling with joy.

"Cus, you know."
Fez shrugged, tapping his fingers on the box.
"It's like a late Christmas gift."

"No, no."
Liz pouted, feeling disappointed in herself.
"I didn't get you anything."

"Nah you didn't have to."
Fez told her honestly, intertwining his fingers with hers.
"I just want you to have this."

He handed her the small box, earning a big smile from the girl.

"You really didn't have to do this, Fez."
She told him, gently untangling the bow with her acrylic covered fingernails.

Excited to see her reaction, Fezco watched her open the box with big eyes, looking at the delicate gold necklace with the familiar pink crystal dangling from the middle.

"Oh my god, it's gorgeous!"
Liz squealed, facing the boy in pure joy.

"You like it?"
He asked her anxiously, he really did hope she liked it, he went store to store to find her the perfect gift, he wanted her to feel special.

"Fez, I love it!"
She told him in awe, picking up the piece of jewelry and gently observing the details on the gold.

"It has one of these crystals you like."
Fez commented, pointing at the dangling pink stone.

"Yeah, it's a rose quartz."
She replied, smiling up at him.
"I can't believe you remembered I like crystals."

"Sure did, you're very interesting to me, you know?"
Fez confessed, looking away from her to hide the blush on his cheeks.

Liz felt her face heating up as well, covering it up with a grateful smile.
"This is really sweet, thank you."

She wrapped the necklace around her fingers, holding it gently when she bended forward, gently kissing Fez' check.

"Can you help me put it on?"

Fez nodded to the girl in reply, taking the gold piece of jewelry in her hand while she turned her back towards him. Gently brushing away her hair, he clasped the piece around her neck.

"This good?"
He asked, to which she turned around, looking down at the pink stone dangling on her collar.

"It's perfect."
Liz replied, a goofy smile spreading across Fez' face.

The two sat in silence for a bit. Liz sipped on her drink, watching the crowd as she sat close to Fez, who silently smoked his joint, enjoying the close company.

They were interrupted by a figure plopping down next to them, letting out a loud sigh. Liz turned around to face them, noticing it was her friend, Lexi.

"You okay Lex?"

Lexi turned around in surprise, not noticing Liz was sitting next to her on the couch.
"Yeah, just, Cassie."
She didn't need to explain much for Liz to understand.

"Yo, Lesly, you good?"
Fe greeted the brunette girl, earning a chuckle from Liz.

"It's actually Lexi, but I'm good, thanks."
She smiled gently, looking at the boy awkwardly.

"So, you found Cassie yet?"
Liz asked, turning the subject back to Lexi's missing sister.

"Nope."
Lexi sighed, leaning her head back on the couch.
