I never thought it would happen
Me, the most insecure adolescent, actually happy?
They laughed at my face when I told them this
Said I was trying to fool them like I always did
But how could I tell them?
How would they know
That after all the pain I put myself through
I'm finally satisfied, finally content
I'm at peace, and finally at HOME <3
