Hayder unbuttons the top button of his white shirt when his gaze fell on his wife.

"Biwi, aap abhi tak padhai kar rahi hai. Thoda aaram kar le," Hayder plopped on the bed with the support of his elbow as he looked at her with concern.

(Wifey, you are still studying. Have some rest)

"Jhooti tashweesh na dikhaye. Aap ki wajah se hamara bheja fry ho gaya hai. Aap ko hi bada shouk aaya the hame Ph.D. karwaane ka," Mishal pouted and he let out a chuckle.

(Dont show me your fake concern. You are the reason I am going mad. You were so keen to make me do a Ph.D.)

"Itna tension mat lo. Exam mai sab accha hi hoga. Bass padhai mai dhyaan do aur kuch waqt apne shohar ko bhi de diya karo. Tumhare paas waqt hi nahi hota," Hayder snuggled in the crook of her neck, and blood rushed to her cheeks.

(Dont be so stressed. Everything will eat better during the exam. Just concentrate on your studies and your husband. You don't even spend time with me)

"Darasal hamara exam aane wala hai aur hamari bohot phatt rahi hai," Mishal bit her lips and he cringed at the last sentence.

(Actually, my exam is near and I am so scared)

"Mishal," He glared.

"Hamara matlab tha ke hamari haalat kharaab ho gayi hai," Mishal reframed her sentence and he let out a cold sigh.

(I mean that I am very scared)

"Kuch doubt hai tou puchh sakti ho," Hayder smiled as he kissed her palm.

(If you have any doubt, ask me)

"Koi doubt nahi hai. Hasan ne sab doubt clear kar diya hai. Itne acche hai woh," Mishal said as her eyes lit up in excitement.

(There is no doubt. I have asked everything from Hasan. He is so good that he help me out)

"Kon Hasan?" Hayder glared.

(Who is Hasan)

"Hamare professor," Mishal shrugged her shoulder.

(My professor)

"Kuch zyada free nahi ho rahi tum," Hayder hovered over a petite figure as he glared at the poor soul.

(Aren't you acting like you are free with him?)

"Khair itna bhi nahi hai. Unko hamare baare mai kuch bhi nahi pata. Ham dono canteen gaye the ek baar. Unhone ne chutney ke jaga sauce mangwaya tha samose ke saath. Unhe kuch nahi pata hamare baare mai," Mishal said with a sigh and his hand tightened around her waist.

(Well it's not that much. He doesn't know anything about me. We went to the canteen once. He asked for the sauce instead of chutney for me. He doesn't know anything about me)

"Pura naam kya hai professor ka? Aur age kya hai?" Hayder asked in a frustrated tone.

(What's his full name? And what's his age?)

"Abhi tou wo bohot jawaan hai. Aapse kam hi age hai unki. I think he is around 30," Mishal told him.

(He is so young. His age must be less than yours)

"Shut up. I am just 32," Hayder glared running his fingers through his thick hair in a frustrated way.

"Phir bhi das saal ka fark hai ham dono mai. Aapko kabhi nahi laga ke aap koi masoom si bacchi se shaadi kar rahe hai?" Mishal asked and he chuckled.

(Than to be, there is an age gap of 10 years. You never felt like you are marrying an innocent little girl?)

"Masoom," Hayder scoffed.
