𝗟 𝗨 𝗟 𝗔

Renzo has been gone for about ten minutes. Where the hell he's wandered off to, I have no clue. Frankly, I don't particularly care either.

This Terrance guy that Emmett said would watch me, hasn't shown either. Unless he's undercover and watching me from afar. Still, I can't help but feel like I've been left completely alone.

Who the hell is Emmett anyway, and what is his problem? God, he was so weird. Definitely gave me bad vibes.

I take a seat on one of the stools, swirling my drink around in my hand. One thing that really pisses me off is when someone says they'll take five minutes but then those five minutes somehow turn into thirty minutes, then an hour and so on.

Renzo knows I'm not comfortable here, yet chose to leave me alone. Not that he would care anyway. I'm nothing to him. It wouldn't bother him if I were to die.

I need to stop letting my mind run away with me. Renzo isn't a good man or a decent person. What reason has he given me to believe otherwise?

An arm grabs my attention, my head turning a little to see a man sitting on the empty stool beside me. His long brown hair is tied back off his face in a bun, a thick beard around his jaw.

"What are you drinking? He asks, his voice deep and husky.

"Uhm, I don't know." I lie, placing my glass down in front of me.

"Hmm, shame. Why don't we go out back and I can give you a real drink?" He says and before I have the chance to answer him, he grabs hold of my arm and pulls me from my seat. "Scream and I'll kill you."

My eyes are wide with fear as I frantically look around for Renzo. Where the hell is he?

"Hurry up." He mutters when I try to pull away, his grip tightening on my arm.

He pulls me with him through the crowd and towards the back of the ballroom, through two large columns.

Where are Elio and Matteo?

The man leads me up a set of stairs to a dark room full of men who are sat down, some doing drugs while others drink. Wow, how nice.

He practically throws me into the room, a man sat down on a couch sitting up and smirking at me. "Well well, what have you brought for me, Jimmy?"

"Pretty little thing, isn't she?" The man, Jimmy snickers from behind me. "Found her sat alone at the bar. Thought she might want some company."

The man in front of me chuckles, gesturing with his finger for me to go to him. I hesitate but Jimmy shoves my back, pushing me forward. I stumble, unable to catch my footing in these heels.

Unwanted arms grab me and force me down onto the couch. I squirm, cursing at the man as he refuses to let me go. "Stop fighting it, sweetie." He sneers in my ear.

He pulls me onto his lap, everyone else around us snickering and enjoying the show. "Get off me," I snap, pushing his hand away from me as it runs up my thigh.

"Who have you come with tonight?" He questions. "Surely a beautiful woman like you wouldn't be unaccompanied, right?"

Oh you have no idea who I accompanied here tonight.
