Day six of being in Italy and I think it's safe to say the trip has slowly gone downhill. The atmosphere has completely changed between me and Renzo and it's making me feel considerably uncomfortable.

I even brought my fricking vibrator with me, just like Renzo asked but he hasn't mentioned anything about it since being here. He probably won't now anyway, especially as he still hasn't talked to me since he abruptly stormed out of my room two days ago.

What did I do? Was it something I said? I just don't understand why he's behaving like this. Actually, I still don't really understand Renzo in general.

Even Elio has been a little off with me. He isn't exactly the most talkative person anyway, but it's obvious that he's being distant. I just don't know why.

I overheard Elio and Gianni earlier speaking about someone called Skender, and it piqued my interest purely because of how they were speaking about him. I'm not entirely sure if Skender is a person or a name for an organisation, but whatever it is, it didn't sound good.

While they were all out yesterday, I decided to call my mom and let her know that I can attend my cousins wedding. She was so happy and I just hope that Renzo keeps his word.

Trying to explain to my mom that I wasn't going to be able to be the photographer and that I was bringing a plus one with me was.. eventful. Even thinking about Renzo being my plus one scares the crap out of me.

Now that he isn't speaking to me.. will he still go with me? Will he even allow me to attend it?

My mom was so happy that I was going to be showing up with someone but having to lie to her and say that I met him at a photography event was horrible. Even though technically I wasn't completely telling a lie, because I did actually first see Renzo at the photography event in New York last year.. but still, it isn't the whole truth.

Still, she seemed ecstatic and couldn't wait to inform my father. God help us all. They seriously have no idea what they're letting themselves in for.

We have a fair few weeks until the wedding yet, and a lot can change in that time. I just hope that no matter what happens, I can still go and see my family.

I sense a presence in front of me which immediately snaps me out of my daydream. Looking up, I see Sofia taking a seat on the lounge chair beside mine. She places a small box onto the table between our chairs and opens it up to reveal some sort of game.

The large bold words on the top of the box read BAD CHOICES. Well, I should be an expert on this. I've seen this game before online. It's basically just never have I ever.

"Want to play?" She asks enthusiastically.

"Uh.. sure." I reply with a hint of uncertainty in my voice.

She doesn't seem to notice and makes herself comfortable on the chair, crossing her legs and facing me. "You start. Draw a card."

I glance up at her before slowly reaching over and taking a card out from the pile. Turning it around, I read the small wording on the back. "Have you ever sent an embarrassing text to the wrong person?"

Sofia laughs to herself, pursing her lips and shrugging a shoulder. "One time I sent a text to Elio instead of my friend Amalia and it was a little awkward."

I'm intrigued. "What about?"

She laughs again, clearly growing embarrassed. "That I thought he was hot." She confesses and my eyes widen as she laughs even more.
