"So, we should play 20 questions." Sam said after a few minutes of awkward silence. "Um, sure." James said. He had been texting on his phone with a smile on his face, but then finally put it down. Freddie nodded. "Sounds good." I said. "Okay, I'll start." Sam said.

"Question number one. So, Danny, what's your favourite colour?" Sam asked.
"It would have to be... forest green." I replied.

"Wait, how do we play 20 questions as a group?" Freddie asked. Good question. "Uh, wait. That would mean Danny would have to ask us 60 questions."

"How about, just 10 questions each instead?" I chimed in. I didn't want them to know that much about me anyway. "So, 19 questions left." James said. "Okay, I'll ask the same question and each of you'll answer next?" I said, but it came out more as a question. "Yeah, okay!" Sam said eagerly. "Okay, question number two. What's your least favourite song?"

"Hm," James said, "maybe Yummy by Justin Bieber." Sam chucked. "That song was ass." "Hey, language." James warned, making Sam roll his eyes. "I think GOOBA by 6ix9ine. Makes me want to gag, honestly." Freddie replied. James and Sam hummed in agreement. "Watch Me Whip by Silento would have to be my least favourite song ever." Sam said.

"Okay, my turn to ask a question," James said,"question number three. Who is your favourite artist?" "Hm... probably David Bowie." I said. "Jenny, my fiancée, never shuts up about him." James said, chuckling. He has a fiancée?!

"Question number four. What's your favourite book?" I asked. "That's a hard one... probably anything by Dostoevsky." James answered. "Hm, maybe Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy." Sam said. "The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells, I think." Freddie said. "I just have to say; you all have great tastes in books." I said, smiling. "Why thank you, good sir." Sam said, grinning cheekily. James rolled his eyes.

"Question number five. What's your favourite movie?" Freddie asked. "Dead Poets Society." I answered.

"Question number six. What's the weirdest nickname you've ever had?" I asked. "Jam Jam." James chuckled. I raised my eyebrows. "Jam Jam?" I laughed slightly. "You gave it to me, actually." James said, his eyes looking far off. "Salami." Sam said with a pout. "Weasley, I think." Freddie said.

"Question number seven. What's the worst thing you've ever done?" Sam asked. My brain went to places. Don't think that way, for fuck's sake. "Uh, I, uh, pushed a guy into the teacher's back when she was," I cleared my throat, "bending down." I said, almost inaudibly. Immediately, Sam broke into hysterical laughter. I couldn't help but laugh along. James and Freddie joined in as well.

"Question number eight. What's something you're really good at?" I asked. "Baking." Sam replied. "Violin, probably." James replied. "Painting." Freddie said.

Just then, the doorbell rang. "I'll get it." Sam said. He hopped up to answer the door. A few minutes later, he came back to the living room, a girl following him. "S-sorry to interrupt." She said. Sam nudged her. "Don't be silly." He smiled at her. "Hey, Julie." James smiled. "Hey!" She beamed. "Jules, this is my brother, Danny." Sam introduced me.

"Nice to meet you." She smiled at me. "You too." I smiled back. "What were you guys doing?" Julie asked. "Playing 20 questions with Danny." Freddie replied. "Oh, sounds like fun. Can I join?" She asked.

"Yeah, of course." I said. "We were on question nine. And it was James's turn." "May I ask?" Julie turned to James. "Sure, go ahead."

"Okay. Question nine. What's your body count?" Julie asked. I coughed and turned bright red. Freddie and James looked at each other awkwardly. "Julie." Sam chuckled. "He's 15." He shook his head when Julie gasped. "I-I'm so sorry. Oh, god." She covered her face up with her hands. I giggled a bit. "Don't worry. It's fine."
