Not long after you'd woken up, you headed on over to the place from before. Your heartbeat quickened at the thought of meeting your newfound friends again, and the sudden surge of excitement caused you to be speedy as you got ready for the day.
And as promised, you'd acquired a few handy tools and trinkets for Powder, quickly stuffing them into your bag before heading off.

You'd almost gotten lost on your way there, but you made a mental note to ask Vi if she could give you pointers for remembering the path to their home.
But, thankfully enough, you found yourself knocking on the window of the building they called home.
Almost immediately, Powder opened it.
"Y/n! Glad you're here, come on!"
She quickly seized your hand, pulling you through the opening of the window. Too quickly though, as you managed to hit your head
"Oops, sorry, Y/n."
"Yeah... no worries."
You replied quietly, rubbing the now swollen area in order to ease the pain.

As you walked through the small entrance, you were met with the cackle of the pink-haired gal.
You stood up straight, dusting your attire with a huff.
"Well good day to you, too." You muttered monotonously, sending a rather playful glare
over to her. She smiled in return, blinking away the tears that brimmed at her eyes from laughing so much.
"Sorry. It was pretty funny though, amazing way to start the day."

"Yeah, yeah."
You rolled your eyes at her comment, turning to look at your surroundings yet again. It was your attempt to try and memorize the area, hopefully now that youMd be spending more time with the lot.
But, the only stark difference now was that instead of the whole group being in your presence, it was just Powder and Vi.
"Where are the others?"
"Psh, Mylo and Claggor? Why need them when we're clearly the life of the party."
Vi chimed in, causing a stir of laughter to arise from you.

"Well, how discrediting of you to leave out your own siblings. Ah, Powder, I brought you these!"
You exclaimed, remembering mid sentence about the contents in your pouch.
You stuffed your hand inside the bag, pulling out the gadgets and holding them out for Powder to see.
"These are a few pieces I thought you might use, and some handy-dandy tools in case you needed them."
Her eyes were wide with excitement as she scanned the items, a toothy grin spread on her face.
"Y/n these pieces are great, thank you, thank you!"
She squealed, grabbing them out of your hands ecstatically.

And before you knew it, she brought you in for a big hug. You were surprised at the gesture, but that was an understatement. The unfamiliar feeling of a hug had been long forgotten, and the endearing embrace of Powder's made your heart stir with happiness.
It felt nice, even if Powder was a tad bit shorter than you and she was mostly just hugging your lower half.
You hugged back, patting her head with a small smile on your lips.
"Glad you can find use of them, I was worried you might've already had parts similar to these and wouldn't need them."
You looked over to Vi who had a slight smile on her face upon watching the scene unfold.
Suddenly, you felt bad.
"Sorry I didn't bring you anything, Vi. I don't really know what I could've gifted you."

She shook her head.
"Don't worry about it. We need to get to know each other before exchanging gifts, Miss Outsider."
You could only smile at her quip, finding the nickname quite fitting.
Powder had let go to sort out her new tools and trinkets, and you'd been left to stand around rather awkwardly, your gaze wandering about the arcade.
"Don't fret, we'll find something to do, our days are far more interesting than just sitting on our asses."
"I sure hope so, that's what my days consist of and I'm sure as hell bored of it."

"Why stay away from all the excitement?! I'm sure work can wait every once in a while."
You registered her words, looking down at the floor, searching for the right answer.
"Well, I mean, I had never found a reason to go out and explore, and well, work usually consumes my time. To be frank, I don't have anyone to make me company, either, and that kinda defeats the purpose of exploring."
You replied, fiddling with your fingers as you suddenly felt ashamed for your rather loner lifestyle.
"Hey, don't worry about it. Now, you do have people to explore with you. Hell, you even have me, and I'm like, the world's greatest adventurer."
She stated, looking into your eyes with a small sliver of sympathy in her eyes. Vi was genuine about what she said. The mere reassurance caused your heart to beam. You smiled, now feeling better about the situation thanks to Vi's sweet words.
