Powder managed to help you back to where the others were, and Vi immediately started interrogating.
"What the hell happened?! Y/n, are you alright?"
You squinted in attempts to actually see her face clearly, but it was no use.
"Huh? Yeah, of course I am."
Vi scoffed before heading on over your direction, sitting you down on one of the wooden crates whilst inspecting your injuries.

"Jeez Y/n, you're beat up pretty badly. How many fingers am I holding up?"
She stated while holding up three.
"Six. Or five?" You mumbled while squinting your eyes yet again, her fingers seemingly multiplying.
She sighed, placing her hand on your cheek lovingly.
"What am I gonna do with you, Cupcake?
Pow-pow, are you at least alright?"
She said, turning to face her younger sister as you placed a hand over hers.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just..."
"One of the assholes started chasing her, and so I tried to catch up to him up, but he beat me to it. Literally. And then he cornered Powder and..."
You hesitated finishing the sentence.
"I threw the bag in the river!"
Powder intervened, a disappointed look on her face.
"Hey, wait! Before any of you tell her anything, she was cornered and didn't have another option! It was my fault, I couldn't get the guy in time."
You interjected, knowing very well that Mylo had a tendency to talk down on her. You'd known the girl well enough to acknowledge that his comments hurt her deeply. So, the least you could do was take some of the blame.

"You did what?!" Exclaimed Mylo, getting heated up automatically. You were about to stand up to make him back off of her, but the dizziness caught up to you.
"Easy, easy." Vi said as she steadied you, but didn't prevent the 'stupid Mylo' that escaped your lips.
"I'm sorry! I tried to fight him off with mouser, but she didn't work." Powder mumbled with a rather glum look on her face.
"Who saw that coming?!"
"We never should have gone over there..."
Added Claggor.
"Doesn't matter. The stuff's gone. It's alright Powder, at least you're okay."
Vi said, looking at Powder and having a rather apologetic tone towards her.
"Don't listen to Mylo. He's an idiot, remember?"
She smiled slightly at your words of judgement.

Vi helped you stand up, but you stepped away from her as a wave of nausea overcame you.
She watched over you quizzically, her brows furrowed in confusion as you turned the other way.
Of course, in your weakened, woozy and nauseous state, you couldn't do anything other than let the contents in your stomach out.
"Sorry."
You whispered as Vi took ahold of you again before you stumbled back, to which she laughed at.

•.                                    •.                                     •.

On the way back to The Last Drop, you had to close your eyes and take deep breaths as you all went down in the elevator. The queasiness and the dizziness lingered, and you had to practically hold onto Vi for every step of the way.
She would occasionally rub her hand over your back, trying to get you to feel better.
The peace and quiet was going well on the elevator ride, until it was interrupted.

"Every time, every time she comes, something goes wrong. She jinxes every job!"
You scowled at his sudden intervention, your brows furrowing together in anger at his insistence.
"Just drop it, Mylo!" Vi stated, turning to face the other way as her grip seemingly tightened on you.
"Agreed. One more dumb word out of you and I swear, I will barf all over you."

Finally, the elevator stopped and Vi helped you out. She made sure to raise her hood up to her head as she walked down the dark path, holding onto your side as she aided you in walking.
It didn't take much time to finally arrive back to The Last Drop, and all of you attempted to stray away from the sight of Vander, but of course, failed.
Vi made eye contact with him, and when she did, she picked up the pace. You did too, because you knew you were just as guilty.
Vander had made a mental note to check on the lot of you, his brows pinching together in disappointment as he began to get an idea of what occurred.
