RECAP:
From Bf: I'm on my way
To Bf: Make sure you aren't seen and help sneak me out
I don't know if I ever snuck out before, but I sure was going to do it tonight. Who cares if I don't exactly go to sleep when I need to, I feel fine.
• Kaye POV •
"I don't know how you carried me, but good job." I told Hayes once we were in his car. He chuckled and looked at me. "I mean you're not heavy at all." He said. "Not really, what does Kaye usually eat?" I asked. He chuckled shaking his head, "How much do you think you weigh?" He asked. "I don't know." I said.
"One twenty." He said. "Is that big?" I asked. "Hell no." He chuckled. "What do you consider big?" I asked. "I don't consider anything big." He shrugged. I nodded my head and we pulled up to the studio I used to dance at.
When we got out of the car, we walked inside. "Oh Kaye." A middle aged woman smiled. I looked at Hayes and he spoke up. "She was in a bad accident and her lost all her memory." He said. "Oh my gosh." She said, almost not believing it. She started telling me a few things and then Hayes took me to the back room.
"She never got rid of this." He said. I looked to see a picture of me at my last competition I'm guessing. "That was the day wasn't it?" I asked. He sighed nodding. I walked in one of the studios and it felt like home, it's like I could feel the memories.
"I was here a lot huh?" I asked. He nodded his head and we walked around. "Do you remember any of this?" He asked. I shook my head and we walked back out. "I want to remember, but I can't." I said. "It takes time." He told me.
I nodded and we got in the car. "What did we used to do during the Sumer?" I asked. "We used to walk down to the ice cream shop a lot, we used to go just to get out of the house or so Madison could get a pickle." He said. "A pickle?" I asked. "You don't like them." He told me.
(AN: My best friend loves pickles and I HATE pickles. omg they're so gross)
"It doesn't sound appetizing." I said and he chuckled, starting the car. "How are the twins?" I asked him. "Good." He told me. "I miss them." I said. "Really?" He asked. "Surprised?" I said laughing a bit. "I don't know, you just met them." He shrugged. "I guess it's a mom thing." I said.
"Very true." He said. We pulled up to a nice cream shop and when we walked inside, Madison was behind the counter eating a pickle. "How did you get here so quickly?" Hayes asked her. "Well, it's not that far." She said.
A man came out and smiled at me. "I'm guessing you know?" Hayes asked him. "Madison told me everything." He said. "Kaye this is the owner, whenever it first opened we would come here a lot and he's been working here ever since." Hayes said. "Hi." I smiled at him.
We sat down at a table and the guy put ice cream in front of us. "Just vanilla?" I asked, laughing a bit. "You were never into trying new ice cream flavors, but you used to climb back there and put cookie dough in it." Hayes chuckled. "Well let's get some." I smirked, lifting her ice cream bowl up.
