That's how I ended up in the hotel room, surrounded by my bags.
He said he would drive me back in a few hours, but for now he had paid for a hotel room for me, incase I planned to stay the night in Seoul.

He knew how much I missed the place, saying I hadn't been here properly in at least a year.
I couldn't stay in the room the whole afternoon, so I grabbed my bag and mask, along with the room key, and left.

The hotel was way fancier than I was used to, and I knew my casual clothes looked out of place, so I stood in the corner of the elevator awkwardly, as business men and women came in and out.
When I reached the ground floor, I rushed outside quickly.

I was in the business area, a small cafe gaining my attention.
It was next to an entertainment company, however.
It was one of the rival companies to the one I had tried out at, so I felt it was right for me to support their cafe, and not what I thought would be my company.

When I got inside, however, I saw a familiar face.
It was one of the boys who was friends with my Sunshine- that sounded so odd.

Was he one of them who didn't like speaking to girls? There were quite a few of them.
I shrugged it off, going over to the counter and ordering a drink.
"One vanilla latte." I asked.
After he had one, I had to try it.
They were really good, so honestly, I was hooked.

"Are you an idol?" The lady asked.
I shook my head.
"Trainee?"
"Was one once, not anymore." I said.
"Trust me, I tried as well. This industry is harsh." She sighed.

"Sorry, so that'll be $5.50. I have to ask, since trainees and idols get a discount. Which company did you try at?" She enquired.
It wasn't busy, so I answered her questions.
"I only ever tried small company's, like KQ, Cube, and FNC. I did try YG, but I was told I would never make it to even being a back up dancer with my looks and skill."

She frowned. "You should try Hybe or JYP. They're a lot more fair. This building attaches to JYP, if you're interested."
I shook my head.
"I'm very rusty. Plus I live over half an hour away in Suwon."
The lady nodded. "That's okay. Just think about it. I'd love to see you around again. The names Mirae." She said.

"Mines Y/N." I grinned back.
She scrawled something on a card.
"That's my number. I also don't see what that guy meant. You're beautiful."

"Thank you." I said. "But trust me it's the make up. You're way more attractive."

She just went 'pfft', rolling her eyes.
"Don't be modest, Y/N. Try again, and hopefully you won't regret it."

I just nodded, before I waved and walked off.
My eyes caught the boys at the table, before he quickly looked away.

I shrugged it off, walking outside.
I felt a hand on my shoulder, and as I turned, we were inches apart.
"You're the girl from the arcade he keeps talking about." He noted.
"Yes I am." I said, raising an eyebrow.

He bit his lower lip, before holding a hand out to me.
"I'm Chris. Nice to meet you."
I shook his hand.
"Is that an English name or your birth name?"
"Birth name. I was born in Australia." He smiled.

"Me too- I'm Y/N, nice to meet you." I smiled back.

"I know- that sounds creepy." He grimaced.
"No, you're okay. I'm going to get back to exploring, yeah? I haven't been to Seoul in like a year." I said, waving at him as I turned to walk away.

"Stay safe, Y/N." He said, as I walked off.

Chris walked to Mirae, who was busy shining a glass.
"You were trying to get her to join the company for Felix's sake, weren't you?" He asked.
Mirae shook her head.
"No, not at all. It's for her sake, actually. If she's in the company, whether it be a trainee or an idol, Felix will be less likely to get in trouble, and she'll be less likely to be caught by the media." She said, to which Chris hummed.

"Felix doesn't want her knowing who he is for as long as possible, though. So that kind of ruins his plan with that." Chris sighed.
"Bang Chan, she'll find out eventually. He's an idol for Christ's sake, a very popular one at that. She'll figure it out, and I'm sure it'll happen soon." Mirae said, walking off on Bang Chan to serve another customer.
Bang Chan sighed.
"I'll make sure it doesn't happen."

He knew Felix's reasoning. People treat you differently if you're deemed famous.
From what Bang Chan has heard, he doesn't want you to treat Felix any differently, as he knew that would make Felix upset.

Saying he's been wanting to befriend you for months on end now.
