I ran away as fast as I could, not looking back. I left my little sister Robin at home knowing I'd miss her dearly. However, she was better off with my parents, I barely knew what I was gonna do for myself much less for her. Besides, they love her more anyways.
I stopped running once the house was out of view. I started steadying my breath and walking to wherever I could to stay warm. I only walked for about an hour and a half before a car pulled up behind me. I truly had no energy to run since it was so cold, we are in the middle of a forest of trees that are covered in snow. I finally gathered enough courage to look at the car that was following me, it was a black car with tinted windows. I guess he noticed he was making me nervous because he rolled his windows down. I made eye contact with a man who looked to be in his late twenties or early thirties.
"Isn't it a bit cold to be going for a walk darling." I heard a deep voice say. The tone was so deep and rich. I stopped in my tracks at the way he called me darling. I stared into the man's pure brown orbs.
"I'm not going for a walk, I'm running away." I said still staring into the man's brown eyes. My eyes widen as I realize the personal information I just gave him.
"Is that so?" he said moving his glasses so they now sat comfortably on his face. I wanted to run but my legs wouldn't allow me to. I watched as the man put the car in park and got out, all while continuing to hold his gaze on me.
"What's your name love?" he asked once he was stood only a few feet away.
"Y/N L/N." I answered as I did a once-over of the man. He wore a blue button-up shirt with a black vest neatly buttoned over it, multiple rings and necklaces hung on his body everywhere.
"Well Y/N, My name is Johnny. Not to make you uncomfortable but I can't drive away knowing you're out here walking in the cold." He said motioning for me to get in the car while he held the door open. I took a moment to continue my examination of the man. He wore a black pair of boots, his hair is dark brown and hung around his face gently. He gave me smile like he knew I was hypnotized by him.
I slowly nodded and got into the car placing my heavy backpack between my legs on the floor. The car smelled of cigarettes, whiskey, and cologne. I smiled at that for some reason. I was in my thoughts but got pulled out once he got in the car and slammed the door shut.
"I don't think my mom would be happy if I told her I was getting in the car with some random guy in his early thirties." I told the man honestly.
" Well then, lucky for you love I'm 52." He said with a smirk.
I stare at him in shock to which he only ignored, and that was the beginning of our incredible relationship.
*Years Later*
I was in the store trying to find cinnamon bread to cook for Johnny's birthday tomorrow.
"Y/N!" I heard someone yell from behind me. I quickly turned to the sudden outburst to see my little sister Robin and my parents staring at me in shock. My parents started to apologize but I knew it was because they knew I was well known now.
"Robin! I missed you so much." I said hugging her tightly.
"Y/N I missed you too." my little sister's voice said.
"I'm so sorry Y/N." My father said. I ignored him and continued to talk to my little sister.
"Have you been good?" I asked her, kissing her rosy cheeks.
"I was sad after you left." she responded to me with a frown.
"Well I knew it was best for you. I missed you dearly, I want you to know that, very dearly, I thought about you everyday, swear it." I told her.
She smiled at me, "I'll pick you up sometime and we can hang out!" I told her pushing her chocolate brown hair out of her face. I didn't even glance at my parents knowing they really didn't care.
"Okay!" She responded happily before hugging me. "Will I get to meet Mr. Depp?" She asked staring up at me with innocent eyes.
"Of course you will. I married him so you must meet him." I said smiling at her. "I have to go Robin, it's getting late okay, but I promise I'll pick you up as much as you would like."
