I continued my way through the jungle. Chen was making us hunt Nya although I knew it was something more.

I smiled once I saw Kai with Skylor. "Hey guys!"

"Oh Y/n I'm glad your okay." Kai responded as Skylor just grinned waving to me.

I was about to say something with I heard a scream.
Me and Kai Gasped "That could be Nya, come on."We start hopping on rocks through the pond

"Let me, I have a faster way." She freezes the pond starting to cross it. Me and Kai both looked at each other before looking at her again. "What are you waiting for? Your friend could be in trouble."

"How did you just do that?" I asked slowly

"I can absorb Elemental Power." She shrugged

"But the ice. Zane's never been in the tournament."Kai responded putting two and two together.

"You're the spy. You've seen Zane. You're working for Chen!" Kai shouted getting into fighting stance with me

"I had to obey my father or else—" she trailed off as Kai fell on the ice. "Chen's your father!?" We yell in unison

"Yes!" Chen smiled appearing with the staff as I helped Kai up backing away together. "And now your time in the tournament is over, Master of Fire and Wind. Take them, Skylor."

"Okay, Dad." She started to fight us using multiple powers on me.

"Y/n run I'll hold them off!" Kai shouted as I started running to get away

"I'm sorry Y/n but I have been waiting a long time to meet you." Chen grinned trapping me with nature

The Anacondrai Cultists chant as the we are brought in.

"So the ninja were right. This was never about any of us winning the tournament. This was always about something sinister." Griffen said as Jay hummed happily

"What gave that away? Was it his cult following, or the giant snake head?" Shade asked groaning

"We've been fighting each other for so long, it took us all losing to finally pull us together. Too bad it's too late." Neuro replied

"Why are you humming? You do know they're about to take our powers?" I questioned to Jay annoyed

"Since these cursed shackles have blocked our powers, I choose to use the power of positive thinking. Lloyd will come save us. You just wait." Jay responded

Skylor turns her head away from Kai. "Go ahead and look away, but you know as well as I do after he takes our powers, he's still gonna need yours." He stated

"You don't understand. My father gets everything he wants. I had no choice." Skylor replied

"Just tell me one thing. Was it his idea to make me fall for you, or yours? Because it worked." Kai said making her gasp then smile

I know Lloyd isn't coming because before Chen captured me I told my father he needed to make sure Lloyd didn't jump in head first.

Let's be honest coming here to rescue us would be a total failure Chen's too powerful.

"Lock 'em down. All rise for Master Chen!" The guard shouted pushing us on one knee then Chen came down using Gravity to levitate his throne. "Look at me. I'm floating." He almost falls, making the Cultists gasp. "I got it, I got it. I just got distracted by how awesome this place looks. Well done, Clouse. You've really set the mood. And look at this. Soon, I'll have more power. It's good to be me."
