The music blared through the speakers at Laughy's, the ninja gathered around the microphone, their voices harmonizing with laughter as they sang at the top of their lungs.

"It's time for training and we're getting started. It's on, you know. And we wanna see you whip and shout it. We rock! You roll. They say, go slow. And everything just stands so still. We say, go go. We're ready for the fight, we know the drill."

Everyone belted the lyrics with enthusiasm, throwing their hands in the air and dancing to the beat.

"It seems so long ago. This part is—Okay, listen." Jay chimed in, his voice slightly offbeat, but filled with energy.

"Okay, here it comes," Cole grinned, his excitement contagious. My

"They say, go slow," the group shouted in unison, their voices in perfect sync. "And everything just stands so still. We say, go go! You're gonna see us rip into it! We just jump up, kick back, whip around, and spin. And then we jump back, do it again! Ninja, go! Ninja, come on, come on."

The entire room erupted in pure joy, everyone jumping, kicking, and spinning as they sang their hearts out, completely caught up in the fun.

"They say, go slow!" they sang louder. "You're gonna see us rip into it. Just jump up, kick back, whip around, and spin. And then we jump back, do it again. Ninja, go! Ninja, go! Come on, come on. We're gonna do it again!"

The whole crowd of ninja joined in the chorus, swaying with the rhythm, their voices filling the air with infectious energy.

"And then we jump back, do it—" The music suddenly cut off, silencing the room.

"Hey, don't," Jay groaned, his voice rising in disbelief.

"Come on," Cole grumbled, clearly annoyed that the song was cut short.

"It was getting really good too," I complained, throwing my arms in the air dramatically, frustration on my face.

"Again..." Zane trailed off, his expression just as disappointed.

Lloyd, who had been quietly watching, pointed toward the TV screen. "Look," he said, his tone serious.

Everyone turned to see Dareth, who had his gaze fixed on the screen, a dreamy smile plastered on his face.

"It's always good to see my beautiful Gayle Gossip, ah," Dareth swooned, completely unaware of the tension in the room.

Gayle Gossip, a reporter, appeared on the screen, her sharp gaze scanning the camera.

"Where an assailant rammed a stolen garbage truck into the front of it," she reported calmly, her voice steady. "I am hearing word it was a jailbreak. A prisoner was freed from custody."

The room froze as everyone gathered around the TV, the lively energy from moments before quickly dissipating.

"Okay, maybe not always good," Dareth muttered, still lost in admiration for Gayle. "Hey, didn't you just put the princess in jail? You don't think it's her, do you?"

The realization hit everyone at once. They all exchanged concerned glances, tension building.

"Could it be?" Cole murmured, his usual joking demeanor replaced with a look of seriousness.

"I don't know... but we need to find out." I said, my voice steady but carrying a note of urgency.

"We need to act fast," Lloyd added, his earlier frustration replaced by determination. "Let's go."
