Chapter 15~

Leap of 2 weeks..
In these two weeks, nothing much changed.. Avu has recovered from that terrible incident and shock of that night... She and sid have again got busy in their lives but still never fail to talk to eachother per night..
The only thing changed is that now sid's family is continuously telling him to get married.. sid is also somewhere ready for taking up this big responsibility of marriage and wants to tell his family about Avu as soon as possible but isn't getting the right time.. he has told about his thoughts to Avu too and she is quite nervous thinking about va's reaction but sid comforted her saying all is going to be well despite the fact that internally, he, himself is quite scared and nervous to see his mother's reaction..

Today, finally, he has prepared himself to tell his mother about avneet.. he has made up his mind that no matter what, he is going to tell her and make her ready for meeting Avu..
It was past dinner and everyone was sitting in the hall watching tv with cartoons playing on it for aru.. everyone was talking except aru who was engrossed in the television..

Va: sid.. shaadi ka kuch socha?? (Sid, have you thought about your marraige?)
Sid(nervous): haan.. mom.. vo.. mein.. (yes.. mom.. actually.. i...)
Va: bolo.. (tell)
Sid: mein tayaar hoon shaadi ke liye.. (i am ready for marraige)
Hearing this good news va sat up straight on the sofa and delightedly brought her hands together with a soft sound..
Va: mein bohot khush hoon.. tujhe nahi pata mein kitni khush hoon.. ( i am very happy.. you don't even know how happy i am..)
Vaish: mein bhi.. finally mujhe ek behen bhi mil jayegi idhar... Meri dewrani jald aane wali hai abhi.. (me too.. finally even I'll get a sister in here.. my dewrani is coming soon)
She said chuckling at last..
This all was making sid red for sure but his nervousness for increasing per second..
Abhi(teasing): dekho toh kaise laal ho raha hai.. (just see how he is turning red.)
Sid(whining): dadaaaa..
Va: achcha abb tum dono chup hojao..(excited): vaishu hume bohot tayaari karni hogi.. shopping bhi jaana hoga.. and.. and.. bohot kaam bhi honge aur- (okk.. you both keep quiet.. (excited): vaishu we need to do a lot of arrangements.. we will have to go fro shopping too.. and.. and there is going to be a lot of work-)
Vaish(cuts her, chuckling): haan maa haan.. par pehle sid ke liye ladki toh dhundh le.. phir shopping pe jayenge..  (yes yes maa.. but first we need to find a nice girl for sid.. then we will go for shopping..)
Abhi shook his head in disbelief with a small smile seeing his mom so excited for his chhote's wedding..
Va: haan mein bhi naaa.. achcha sid, tu bata tujhe kaisi ladki chahiye?? Tu jaisa bolega, waisi ladki dhundhungi tere liye.. tu bss bol.. (ohh yes.. i also.. okk sid.. you tell me, what type of a girl you want?? The one you tell, I'll find a girl similar to that.. you just tell)
Sid(nervously): woh maa.. actually..
Abhi(laughing): maa, aapko isse dekhke lagta hai ye arrange marriage karega?? Pakka iski girl friend hai.. (mom, do you think he will do an arrange marraige?? He surely has a girl friend..)
He was just teasing him and cracking jokes but never expected what sid had told next..
Sid: uhmm haa..
Abhi stopped laughing and looked at him with widened eyes..
Abhi(widened eyes): teri girlfriend hai?? (You have a girlfriend??)
Sid nodded..
Abhi sighed..
Abhi(looking down, squeezing sid's hand): i feel so sad..
Sid(confused, nervous): why.. we are happy together and i love her and she is very nice-
Abhi(cuts him): Teri baat koun kar raha hai?? I feel sad for her.. pata nahi usse tere ander kya dikh gaya ki tujhe.. tujhe apna boyfriend banayi.. (who is talking about you?? I feel sad for her.. i don't know what she has seen in you that she made you.. you her boyfriend..)
Sid(crying tone): mommmmmmm..
Va(lightly hitting abhi's arm): abhii..
Abhi(raising his hands in the air): what?? I am saying the truth..
Sid: even i felt bad for dii when you told me that she loves you.. infact mujhe toh aaj bhi inke liye bura lagta hai... Pata nahi aapke ander kya dekh liya.. (infact.. i still feel bad for her today also.. don't know what she saw in you..)
Vaish: soo true.. mein bhi yehi sochti hoon.. pata nahi meine tumhare Bhai mein kya dekh liya.. (soo true.. even i think the same.. don't know what i saw in your brother..)
Abhi widened his eyes again..
Abhi: one minute, one minute.. this is not happening.. yahan sid ki baat chal Rahi hai.. you can't drag me in the middle..
Sidnavi rolled their eyes on him..
Abhi(narrowing his eyes): stop rolling your eyes on me..
Aru(focused on tv, little irritated): dadddd... Thoda dheere bolo pleaseee.. aapke wajah se dialogue nahi sunn paa raha hoon.. (daddddd... Talk a bit softly pleaseeee... I can't hear the dialogue because of youuu..)
Sid and vaish bursted out laughing on him...
Abhi: ohh dialogue nahi sunn paa raha hoon.. chup chap tv dekh.. (ohh i can hear the dialogue.. sit quietly and watch the tv)
Aru made a pout and continued watching his cartoon..
Va(hitting his arm): mere pote ko kuch Matt bol..(don't say anything to my grand son)
Abhi(holding his arm, rubbing it): aap itna mujhe aaj maar kyun Rahi hoon?? (Why are you beating me so much??)
Sidnavi again bursted out laughing..
Va: meri marzi.. (narrowing her eyes): kyun?? Tujhe koi problem hai?? (My wish.. (narrowing her eyes): why?? Do you have a problem??)
Abhi(gulped): nahi.. (no)
Va: good..

Sid has finally accepted that he has a girlfriend... Soon he is going to tell everyone about Avu.. will he be able to tell them?? Will va and abhinavi accept Avu?? Will they like her?? Also how do you feel for abhi.. i pity him from outside and am laughing on him from inside.. poor abhi (😂)
