We get in the cars and go. We arrive at the library.
"Hi, do you have anything on The Florida Legend?" I ask.
"Back there." The librarian said pointing.
"Thanks." I say.
I ran and looked. I grabbed the exact book I needed.
"The Florida Legend. Nobody knows what it truly is, but it's said to be a monster that stalks the wooded areas of Florida and take people. Completely brainwashing them, and leaving them for dead." Clay says.
Karl looked lost. Clay opened the book.

"Karl." Niki says.
"What?" He asks.
"That was it. It hasn't been sighted in Orlando since 2007. It's 2022 now." Niki said.
"If that's the case, then we have to report it." Minx says.
"Do you remember what it looked like Karl?" Drista asked.
"Yeah a little. It was this big, tall, black figure. It had claws, I think, but they were literally made out of solid bone. Like concrete almost. It had a blood-red shade eye color. It fucked up my vision every time it looked at me." He said.
"Did he see the picture?" I ask, shook.
"No." Everyone says.
"Karl...That's exactly what it was." I say, even more shook.
"No way." He said.
"We have to report this!" Niki says.
"On it!" I say.
"911, what's your emergency?" The dispatcher asked.
I gave my phone to Karl.
"I need to report a sighting of The Brainteaser." He said.
"What did it look like?" She asked, serious.
"It was tall, and black. Had claws made of bones, and blood-red eyes. I lost my vision every time it looked at me." Karl said.
"Thanks for reporting this sighting sir, we will get it on the news as soon as possible." She said.
"Thank you." He said.
He hung up, and gave my phone back.
"Wait a minute." I say.
"Huh?" Karl looks at me.
"Niki. What was chasing you the night we were playing truth or dare?" I ask.
She tried to remember what it looked like.
"Oh my god." She said.
"What?" I said.
"That was it." She said.
