A\N: for the starting of the story we will be in the young age chapters they are like 10 and 11 for the early chapters.
(Zen is half Filipino and half American)
So this is a story of two best friends (zen and Lizzie) who started as neighbors.
And as...
Zen and Lizzie together with they're family had just got back home from Hawaii.
It was a fun relaxing time with them, and now Lizzie is at Zen's house helping her unpack her stuff.
Lizzie pov-
I am now helping zen unpack her things after our little trip from Hawaii, it was a really great time being there.
"Hey Liz can you pass me my bag please?" Zen said as she organized her clothes, "Yep sure here you go." I said as I passed her bag to her.
"Thank you doofbug." She said as she continued to organize her clothes.
I got bored waiting for her to finish so I went to her like little art space, and went to look at her art works.
There were so many beautiful and unique arts that I haven't seen before, they were all beautiful in a way I can't even express.
But there was one that caught my eye, it.....looked like me?

It was trully fantastic, I'm gonna ask her if she could give it to me.
"Hey zen?" I asked approaching her, "Yes doof, is there something wrong?"she replied still organizing her clothes and other things, "no nothing's wrong, it's just that I was looking trough your art and I found something." I said kind of turning red but I don't know why "And what did you find?" She said in kind of a mocking tone beacause she can see my face slowly reddening.
"Well.... I- um this painting can I have it?" I asked nervously, I dont even know why I'm getting nervous.
"Oh so you found that huh?" Zen said.
"Well uh yeah, so can I have it?" I said
"Sure uhh yeah... I was actually gonna give you that on your birthday but, as you can remember things didn't go as well so I kind of forgot about that." Zen said
"Soooo is it mine now!" I said with excitement practically taking over me,
"Yes it is now yours bug" zen said laughing happily.
Zen pov-
Lizzie jumped happily as I finally have her the painting, she's so cute I could love her.
Wait what?
Stop thinking like that.
You are too young.
She doesn't even know I'm bi.
Anyways let's just focus on what's happening in the present.
"You are one happy koala aren't you" I said with a chuckle as she haven't stopped jumping in my bed holding that painting tight.
"I am a very happy one, now stop that it's late now and I want my cuddles." She replied stopping from jumping laying down on my bed patting the empty space beside her.
Signalling to stop what I'm doing and cuddle with her already.
I lay down with her and immediately latched her self onto me cuddling me cutely snuggling her face onto my chest as she's a lot smaller than me.
"Goodnight my log" she said sleepily as she cuddles closer to me, I chuckled slightly at the new nickname and replied with "goodnight to you too my big baby koala." And sleep took over me cuddling to her now as I shift my position.
[AN- hiya guyss sorry I haven't been updating much. It's because my graduations coming up and I was assigned to to da welcoming address which is stressful since it is my first time doing this kind of thing, but I will try to update more now, thank you for understanding and enjoy reading!
