Because he was framed for being the War Criminal instead of his brother and was sentenced to prison for 400 years in a France prison camp. Then he became enraged and broke out with his General. When he reached the Arctic base he rebuilt it from the ground up with the 6 super powers, he found on the way. Then evil rose upon him and he turned to the dark side, resulting him to become a dictator of Base Area 51, he invaded west Europe and invaded the entire world, even the mushroom kingdom for revenge. He was so enraged that nothing is going to stop him now. So Meggy and her crew needs to put him back in his place... Let's hope they can stop him before it is too late...
