"Eva!" I recognize Mom's voice when I turn around to see her carrying Emery.

"I am so glad you could make it!" I said, spreading my arms around her when Miss Mason frowned.

"Stop moving all over the place, Eva! I barely fixed your dress with the bump!" She said, and I couldn't help but shrug.

"Cut her some slack, Miss Mason!" Roms said as she walked in wearing her bridesmaid dress.

I feel the tears in my eyes; as I see Rachel following her close behind. Finally, Roms was settling down. Mark approved of her relationship with Rachel, and I couldn't wait for them to exchange rings in Spring.

"Is the bride crying?" Roms mocked, and Rachel smacked her arm.

"Ouch!"

"Can't you see she's pregnant? She ought to be emotional!" Rachel said as she shot me a wide grin.

"Where's Will?" I asked, a little flustered.

"Probably dreaming about you!" Roms chuckled.

"Don't tease her, Rowina!" Miss Mason said, frowning more than before. She's all moody after her Tabby went missing a few days ago. God knows what happened to the furball!

"Mom, would you change Emery's dress?" I asked, and she nodded. The little girl looked a lot like me, and I couldn't help but ask mom to let me have her as one of the bridesmaids.

"Hey, this is where all the ladies are!" Kris said as Ron followed him behind.

"Big bro!" I squeaked, and he pulled me into a hug.

"Where's your fiancé?" I asked, seeing Amanda was nowhere around.

"Helping Will. She's going to be his 'best woman'..." He scoffed, a little irritated.

"Come on. They are just friends!" I said, elbowing him lightly, and he rolled his eyes.

"Look! Look! Who's going to be a mom soon?" Ron mocked, and I stuck my tongue out at him.

"You're always going to be an asshole, eh?" I asked, and my mom glared at me. 'Behave' I could hear the word loud and clear.

Surprisingly, Ron pulled me into a hug.

"Thank you for inviting me, Eva." He said, and I found myself hugging him back. It's definitely the pregnancy.

"Give me the camera! It happens once in a blue moon!" Martha chuckled.

"Hell no!" Ron and I said in unison, and everyone broke into laughter.

"Romilda, Rachel, move your ass! Will's waiting, the clock is ticking, and Eva, you look beautiful!" Amanda said, gasping for air as she paraded in her 'best woman' dress. I never thought of this day. But it was here. Breathe, Eva. Count to ten.

"I will get going then!" Ron said, and Kris joined him. I let out a sigh as mom gives Emery to me.

"I am so proud of you, Eva." She said, looking into my eyes, and I felt tears running down my cheeks.

"Hey, you don't want to get the makeup ruined before the first dance, do you?" Miss Mason said, and I shook my head.

"To hell with the makeup! He loves her as she is!" Martha said, being the boss lady that she is, and I smiled at the thought.

"Ready?" Mom asked, and I gulped the lump in my throat.

"It's now or never," I said, shaking the jitters in the pit of my stomach when I spotted Josh near the door. What is he doing here?

"Are you lost, dear?" Mom asked as Josh entered.

"Not as lost as I was before," He said, and I noticed his eyes weren't blue. They were green.

"Eva, Congratulations." He said, handing out a box to me.

"Umm. Thank you. But I am yet to say my vows." I shifted in my shoes. Awkward.

"Well, I don't think I will stay for everything. I just wanted to say this, and here I am." He said as his lips curved into a half smile.

"I haven't been a good friend to you, or to Will. I sabotaged your relationship because I was envious of how much he loved you. But I guess being jealous never made anyone happy." He said, and I felt my chest tighten.

"It's all in the past," I said, trying to force the words out. It was going to take time to recover from everything.

"I want you to know I am happy for Will and you." He said, and I raised my eyebrow.

"Really?"

"Maybe a little. Love him, fuck him, and make him happy." He said, breaking into a full-fledged smile.

"Only a little less than forever!" I said, and he pulled me into a hug.

"I will get going then." He said, pulling out.

"Wait," I said, and he stared at me, confused.

"Mom, can you hand me my purse?" I said, and she looked at me quizzically, searching for my purse. When she handed me the bag, I searched for a quarter.

"Don't throw this in the damned fountain!" I said, looking him in the eye as I placed the coin in his hand.

"Okay." He said, his dimples in full view.

"Now, can I leave?" He asked, and I shook my head.

"What else?" He looked dazed.

"Walk me down the aisle," I said, and he looked at me as if I had grown horns. As if the baby bump wasn't enough.

"Why?"

"For old time's sake," I said, and he smiled.

"What about Kris?" Miss Mason asked. There goes the lady with truth bombs.

"I am sure he wanted to be Will's best man, and accompanying Amanda will make him forget anything else!" Martha said.

"Shall we go now?" Mom intervened, and I nodded.

The three mother figures in my life stood before me; as I carried Emery with me. I was to walk down the aisle and sweep my husband off his feet.

"After you." Josh said as I took his hand, waiting to kiss Will in front of the whole Bexley staff after we say 'I do' again. After all, we still have a bucketlist to follow.
