Pregnancy wasn't easy and even more so after birth. I sighed as Archer cried again and I went to his crib, nakatulog ako sa kwarto niya kagabi nagbantay. I didn't lay him beside me but his crib, paranoid I'd unknowingly lay on him and suffocate him which my every waking nightmare.

I had always been awake when I breastfeed him. Kapag pagod ako, binabantayan siya ng maid saka pinainom lang ng gatas sa milk bottle.

I didn't know that when you're a mother, you'll constantly crave for your child's presence. Just as he is to you, when I tried to go out and attend the launching for my clothing line, it didn't take me thirty minutes before I came back because I was so paranoid something happened to him.

And when I was back, I saw him with Peter who's doing a peek-a-boo on him which my son is giving a judgemental eyes.

" Say dada, dada—oww! Who—" he stopped and stared at me after I hit his head. " Para ano yon? " Reklamo niya.

" Peter, why are you here? Wala ka bang trabaho sa opisina? " I asked.

" Jeez, mabilis ko tinapos. Miss ko na ang baby boy ko. " He looked at my son again. " You have his smile. " He says.

Nilingon ko siya. " Really? " I asked cause I didn't even notice.

Tumango siya at ngumiti. " Ang cute. " he compliment and I smiled. " By the way, I thought the launching is today? " He asked.

I nodded.

" I was about to fetch you. Anong nangyari? " He asked worry now in his face.

" I was paranoid something happened to Archer. " Wika ko at hinaplos ang noo niya. He yawned. I smiled.

I sighed hard. " Also, a lot of people came. I had to go, nakakastress. I'll post something later in social media. " I said referring to the Estrada Clothing Line I had on social media that's managed by my hired staff.

" You really launched it huh, I remember your father telling me about your supposed to be plan that you marry after three years if you didn't succeed. " He says and think. " Now that I think of it, sinabi ata niya iyon para maisip ko mapakasal sayo. " He says.

Umirap ako tho my heart hurt remembering my Papa. " I won't marry. " I said firmly. " Just like how Papa raised me alone, I'll raise Archer by myself. " I said.

" I know..but, don't you think it's better to marry? Arthur, he is still not married and once he knows about your child, he might take him away. " He says and I stilled.

" He will not know. " I said firmly tho my peace was shaken. " He kidnapped me Peter, how will I let him take my child? " I said rage welling up in me.

He sighed. " That bastard. " He cursed.
" They're still dating, who is that woman? Daphne. " He says.

I gritted my teeth and I felt throwing up in how mad I am. " Don't say her name. " I said coldly. " That bitch. Hindi pa sila kasal? " I asked and felt my heart hurt at my question.

Umiling siya. " I don't know. Most likely not, but they're still dating. She's the only woman believed to be dating him in some news. Your father didn't succeed in the lawsuit with no evidences found. " He says and his eyes darkened.

I bit my lip and my thought left at his first statement. It's been a year and more they're still dating? More so siya lang ang dinidate ni Arthur?

I felt my chest burn.

He really fell for that scheming bitch? I can't believe it, I was so patient with him during our marriage and tried everything and he went behind my back.
