I was hesitant, I had recieved an invitation from Elyanna and I don't know if I could decline the invitation when I had said yes the first time.

The reason I had not attended any occassions this year is because I tried to stray away from socializing but I accidentally said yes to her last time when I tried to get away from Arthur.

I sighed. Hindi pa iyon ang pinakamalaking problema ko, it is the fact that Arthur..is here.

Nilingon ko si Archer, no. I can't absolutely make him see his real father. Arthur won't take few seconds to recognize him.

Hindi ko alam bakit pa niya ako nilapitan. Of all the times he had the chance to talk, he decided now. Archer is now three a d a half years old.

I sighed, " Archer.." I called.

Nilingon niya ako mula sa pagkabusy sa car toy niya.

My eyes softened, he is growing fast. I'm so lucky Archer is so healthy or I'd really be losing my mind.

I let him decide for fun.

" What mommy? " He asked and went to me. I caught him when he neared and carried him to my lap.

" Mommy is having problem. " I told him.

His gray eyes blinked cutely and he straightened his back. " What problem? " he says like a soldier.

I chuckled. " Well, a friend invited me to a party and I don't know if I will go or not. What do you think I should do? " I asked.

He blinked again and stared at me.

" Hm? " I probed cause he was just staring.

" Is there a cake? " He asked.

Medyo hindi ko inaasahan iyon pero tumango nalang. " Uh..yeah, I think so. "

" And you don't want to go? " He asked.

Parang ako na ngayon ang nahihirapan.
" Well, it's hard to turn her down but I don't want to leave you here too. " I said.
" Do you want me to go? " I asked.
" If you say no I'll make up an excuse and not attend. " I said.

" I want cake. " Was his reply and played with his toy car.

I just sighed helplessly and chuckled.
" Okay..so, I'll go? Or just buy cake? " I asked.

" Can't I go with you? " He asked.

Kumurap ako at umiling. " No, it's for adults party only. You're still baby so.." I said.

His lips twisted in displeasure. " If you want mommy. When will you come back? " He asked.

" I think at night. We'll be in island so.." I said.

" Okay..you can go. I'll stay. " He says not so actively.

Medyo naawa ako doon, if I could I won't leave him but I don't want to be rude to Elyanna.

" I'll call you when I'm there alright? " I said trying to lighten him up.

He nodded sadly.

Later that, I told Peter about my plan. He didn't stop me and told me to be careful. He had known about Arthur stalking me so he was quite worried.

" I'll follow, I think Elyanna wouldn't mind me tagging along with you. " He says.

" Can't you just look after Archer? " I asked cause I'm worried baka mahuli pa ako ng uwi. " Bibilisan ko lang, uuwi rin ako kaagad. " Seriously I never remembered partying all my life, though I was curious, I had to focus on raising Archer.
